Would buy again
Have a leather suite so it was a bit slippy underneath but apart from that is very good, would buy again but probably go for a bigger one as my dog like’s to stretch out

First of all this is not a UK company
First of all this is not a UK company, all products come from China. I have been waiting over 10 days for my product and it is still in China. It tells you that it takes over 18 days for this product to arrive. I have tried to contact the company without reply,awful company

We are NOT located in China at all, the company is located in the United Kingdom, our team is located worldwide (Mainly UK), but some of our warehouses is currently in China, due to logistic reasons. We are already looking to expand to new warehouses in the UK.
I find this review a bit misleading, our customer service didn't tell you the shipping time is 18 Days!! I have checked all conversions with you, Our team read and reply to all the tickets received in less than 24 hours. We have replied to you to every email received.
Usually our delivery times are pretty fast, around 7-14 days, As mentioned on our website and we are improving them partnering up with a UK warehouse!
and your order has been shipped from our warehouse before 7 days from now!
Hope for the moment you can appreciate this explanation and I hope you'll come back in the future and give us a second chance after you get your order, we are improving our product line and services month by month!

Review too soon!
As this is the second reminder to review my purchase I can only leave this response as my product hasn’t arrived yet. To be honest I would never have purchased if I had realised the products were shipped from China, but this was well hidden. As a company you know how long it will take for products to arrive so why send out reviews requests so quickly?

I like this product BUT
I like this product but I ordered a medium and you sent something much too large. I would loose a lot of money sending it back so have kept it. I would have bought several if they had been true to size but will not order any more. You have a good product so sort out your sizing.
