Ich bin von diesem Unternehmen einfach nur noch enttäuscht.

Ich habe vor 3 Monaten(!) 2 Fleecepullis bestellt. Diese sind immernoch nicht da.

Ich musste jedesmal auf den Kundenservice zugehen...
Due Kommunikation war doch äußerst amüsant und abwechslungsreich...#ironieoff

A:erst garkeine Antwort erhalten
B:Ihre Ware wird in 5 Tagen verschickt..(das war Anfang Oktober)
C:wieder keine Antworten auf meine Nachfragen
D:vor 4 Tagen:oh ich sehe ihre Ware ist an den Hersteller zurück gegangen. Ich prüfe mal warum und melde mich.....

Der Mitarbeiter hat es natürlich nach 4 Tagen immernoch nicht geschafft mir Bescheid zu geben.
Vermutlich muss ich als Kunde da wieder hinterher laufen.

Ich habe wirklich so einen miserabelen Umgang mit Kunden noch nicht erlebt.
Ich kann von Comfydog nur abraten.

I ordered the dog bed with paws which too 22 days to come.
Tania did respond to my emails until I received it.
The paws don’t stand up
It is very flimsy
There’re is insufficient filling
It is more dark navy than grey as advertised
Tania does not respond to my emails anymore
I tried calling but I was told she is not there

Today I received an email regarding a dog bed that I ordered on May 1st 2022. It asked me to write a review about the dog bed. Funnily enough, I emailed comfydogs about the whereabouts of the dog bed as I still haven’t received it. Bit of a coincidence. Comfydogs still not got back to me. I believe Comfydogs is based in the UK but apparently the dog bed is in Shanghai according to the tracking, where it’s been for almost three weeks. So, my review is, don’t order!! . Chances are you won’t get it.

Cheap nasty fabric, not at all like it is in the pictures and the plastic backing makes it sound like a crisp packet when it’s moved. My dog won’t sit on it and I don’t blame him! Really sorry I bought it and it is definitely over-priced for what it is. I think the photos on the website are a complete misrepresentation of what you actually get. Definitely wouldn’t buy again from this company - absolute rip off!

As the Comfydog bed was for Christmas for Ruby Tuesday, it's only been today that it's being used , She definitely LOVES it don't think we'll be getting the seat back anytime soon ,so 5 stars it is

Misleading on where it’s coming from plus when arrived 2 weeks later it is very thin and sparse with the it, would not recommend it

I ordered 1 grey calming mat that goes on your settee for my (3)dogs
& as they were all trying to get on it all at once I bought another 1 in pink/salmon (they don’t usually sleep/lie together)
they do now & are all happy now.

Well worth the money too.

I was expecting a very comfy dog bed for my dog, however what turned up was very thin at the bottom, cheaply made and not worth the money I paid.

My dog love the comfy bed and uses it all the time

Not as shown or advertised. Very poor quality for an expensive product.

I bought the large size for my medium sized rescue dog and she loved it from the second we put it on the couch. I was surprised because as a rescue, she could have been wary of something different but that wasn't the case. Quite the opposite actually. It has a calming effect on her too and she seems to settle quickly on it.

I ordered two of the comfy dog beds one for ourselves the other as a present. I was impressed with the packaging on receipt and opened our bed. I was a little disappointed with the overall quality of the bed but even more disappointed when I realised that part of the bed was not stitched at the back. I felt for the price paid for the beds the overall finish could have been much better.

Massive even though ordered small. Very ‘man-made’ fake fur. Very noises & a crinkly sound when dogs get onto it - so they are scared & won’t use it. Expensive for what it is.

I was very happy with the process and reasonably quick delivery. Cinsidering the price I did expect the material used for the bed to be a bit more substantial, which is why I rated 4stars. However my boy is very happy with his bed!

My daughters puppy loves this, it means she can get on the sofa without getting told off . It is really snuggerly

spud loves it,its big ,comfy and really settles him .

I had thought that it was free UK delivery and next day despatch. Its not - it was despatched about 4 days after and took about 2 weeks. I was trying to make sure I was in but I couldn't sort it.
My dog likes it and will always go to it - so that's good.
The fur is very gappy and the quality is not good, so I would not buy again.
