Making Carpet Great Again!
My sons home has white wall to wall carpet. Within the last two years, he and his roommate got puppies and they declared war on the carpet. The Carpet Machine came in and throughly cleaned and deodorized all of the carpet. Gary was great to deal with on the phone and the technician who came out was very professional and proficient in his job. Thank you!

The carpet cleaner was late
The carpet cleaner was late. The carpet has all the same stains it had before being cleaned. The cleaner said it was the type of carpet. The dirty parts are still dirty. Corners and transition edges still dirty.
I really wanted to give a better review but I also want to be honest.

Debbie, I am so sorry you are disappointed. This is the first and only review Brandon has ever received that wasn't 5 stars. I do realize was late, but the reason he was late is he won't give up and won't quit until the job is done. I know this is going to happen sometimes and that's why we give a two hour window.Brandon also took a lot of extra time at your house. As he explained to the person that was there, what you had weren't stains. What you're seeing is wear. Those carpets are clean but there is very little fiber left due to age of the carpet and the wear. There is nothing we can do to replace fibers once they're gone. They will appear different. I believe Brandon explained all of this and the person you had meet us at your house and witnessed his work and the extra time he put into your home. I know Brandon stayed working way beyond the time that would normally be spent just trying to do the impossible because it's not his nature to accept defeat. I hope you can take the time to talk to the lady you had meet Brandon.
The fact you weren't there puts both Brandon and the rest of us at a disadvantage. Also, I know you're not happy and I will re-fund some or all of the $179 you spent with us. We are all devastated by this review and don't wish to have a dissatisfied customer.

Always Reliable Cleaning Service
Since we bought the house in 2003 and installed new carpeting we have used The Carpet Machine exclusively. We just had a good compliment from a guest knowing how old the carpet is and what good shape it is in.
I attribute this to a good quality carpet, best padding underneath and always a good cleaning job done by your employees..
