Very little went right with my purchase. The advert was inaccurate, saying the car had "adaptive cruise control" when there was no cruise control at all.

The vehicle was not safe to use. Important safety equipment was missing, I was told replacement parts would be sent to me in less than a week, but after 10 days I have still heard nothing. When I try and find out where the parts are I spend hours on hold to talk to someone who does not know what's happening and can only promise me a call back that never comes. I have two disabled children and not being able to transport them safely is now a serious problem.

The vehicle has not been maintained. Whilst there the check engine light was on and their paperwork notes that this needed attention. It was out on my drive home, but the next day had come on. Diagnostics reveals that a glow plug is failing. I assume they cleared the fault without replacing the part.

In short, if you're not a confident car person, and especially if you don't live very near them, buy elsewhere!

Avoid impossible to get speak to anyone I bought a car on the 8th of June px they have still not settled the fianace on the car I px so am having to make payment on the car leaving me out of pocket £790 up to now. Taking it further with the fca.
Update. After the above review the car group payed the outstanding finance the day after all sorted now and money owed to me payed back by motonova who were great.

I picked up my car from the car group and Addy went over and above to make sure I was happy with the car and the little issue was fixed before I came to check the car. Addy made sure was delivered to my house when I told him I could not come and pick up the car.

Their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. After sales is non existent. Vehicle broke down within warranty period. 30 minutes to over 1 hour on hold every time, I tried to call them. They then say they are busy and will call back but never do. Ignored all emails sent. £15,000 spent and the most frustrating experiences of my life. It cost me £500 to fix the engine fault that happened just days after buying the car. No reply to emails and invoices sent. These people are exactly why used car places have a bad reputation.

I enquired about an Audi Q7 and Adam was attentive, helpful and put up with me asking loads of questions about the vehicle. I was nervous about buying a vehicle without having seen it as I would have had to had it delivered but Adam put my mind at ease.
