I can not fault the sales team! My experience with Raf was positive and efficient.
It went wrong with false information given with the handover team.
The car I purchased is in excellent condition and I have no issues with it, am very happy with the car. However, I part exchanged my old car with negative equity. The Car Group informed me that they would clear the outstanding finance directly with the previous finance company and the negative equity was added to my new finance. This was on Saturday and I was categorically told it would happen on Monday (next working day). 5 days later, nothing! The settlement window has now lapsed, I now have finance to continue paying on a car I no longer own. When I spoke to reception on Wednesday I was informed that it takes them 2 weeks to make these payments! The only thing they did do quickly was put my old car up for sale on their website! I would not go back to this company!

Emailed requesting a few details (history, options) for a car advertised. I received a fairly generic response from Kevin with no answers to the questions. I’ve sent two further emails requesting details and they choose ignore me. I will be taking my money elsewhere and will avoid this company like the plague.

Service was incredibly quick and I am super happy with the level of customer care I have received.

We have been shopping for the wife's new car so we took a walk into the car group and fell in love with a stunning little a class from the start to end process over 24hr was a pleasure finance through car traded in and all done with a smile great atmosphere great helpful staff what a absolute pleasure to deal with raff and the team the big boss was so nice great guy there is a little sensor that needs sorting and we are already booked in for it to be done. Buying a car and dealing with sharp salesmen is painful at the best of times. Dealing with the likes of "addy" just escalated painful into a traumatic experience. His line manager should seriously review his future with the company. They had a good car that interested me-but I bought one elsewhere.

Just bought my second car from the car group and really pleased with the overall service

My experience was absolutely terrible, they did not pay for my part-ex car for almost 6weeks and the car that I brought from them was definitely a salvage
The engine light came on within the first week, neither of the keys worked to lock or unlock the car, there were advisories that hadn’t been fixed on the mot and the car was an absolute mess. Also no log book, no operations manual. Kurtis is a sales man, sold me a dream which quickly turned into a nightmare then got angry with me when I called to tell him the faults
Please just do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere

Absolutely shocking service. Bought a car and was trading mine in . 5 weeks still not paid the finance off . Now having to take legal action. Do not trust these thieves

Absolutely shocking and disgusting experience here. Nothing but a bunch of liars. Had me waiting 3 weeks for my part ex money even though they sold my car!! Took my CHR back in to be painted due to a few marks and it’s come out looking like stevie wonder and the 3 blind mice have painted it. My toddler could have done a better job. I’m taking this to the ombudsman as they can’t run a bath let alone a business and something needs to be done about these cowboys. Took them 15 days to paint a few doors and change a glove box. They’ve snapped a clip so the plastic round my wheel arch isn’t secure anymore. The courtesy cars they give me were on the verge of blowing up and had loads of issues. Everyone of them is full of rubbisg. Gully the manager being the worst. Talk about customer service with your sales people when you have 0 yourself. I will be taking this further as the car is gonna cost me now to correct the problems they’ve made worse.

The car group at bury are so supportive I had great luck with my salesman Alireza what a TOP guy. I don’t know how he kept his patience with me but he got it sorted and overcome all my obstacles that His communication was great and clear and made sure I understood everything clearly within the process and I 100% recommend him such genuine and professional human.
