Adnan, was very helpful in showing the us around the car and stayed late, Diana was was very knowledgeable and taken care of my daughter as it was her first car, made to feel very welcome and not rushed or pushed into anything. Would recommend.

I bought a car last week and dealt with…
I bought a car last week and dealt with Kevin in sales , he was so helpful and honest when looking at the car with him , Kevin pointed out a mark on the bonnet and arranged for it to be dealt with straight away before the car was purchased . He has been so helpful and easy to deal with at the car group , everything from car tax and my reg retention was dealt with there and then in the office along side the part ex of my old vehicle . It was very quick service and I would highly recommend using the car group and asking for Kevin to help you out on purchase.

As you walk in the building, you just know you’re going to get looked after. A pleasant greeting from the reception lady offering coffee (of course!) is a great start. Bari found me my dream car (BMW X1) he was so knowledgable and knew exactly what I would like. I walked away with my dream car, 3 year guarantee, 1 year breakdown, unlimited MOTs for peace of mind for me and my 6 month old son. Can’t wait to see what he finds me in 4 years time here!

Don't be fooled by the fancy showroom
Outstanding finance on part exchanged car still not settled after over 5 weeks and 32 phone calls with many promises to be called back, plus many emails to several departments - all being ignored. No callbacks or responses to emails.
Engine management light came on 3 days after buying car. Had nothing but issues.
They might have a flashy showroom, but the after sales is terrible.

Worst in customer service
Worst in customer service. Booked in for tyre change. Reached there on time. Garage said the didn't receive the tires. So asked me to contact supplier. Supplier came back to me with full proof of delivery. We both started chasing them through calls , emails and being there in person. No response and heard nothing after waiting there for an hour. The supplier rebooked my appointment with another garage to get my tires fixed. Just a bunch of irresponsible people . Please don't do business with them.
