Rented from The Box for several years. They are the type of owners who become friends with their customers. Only a couple of miscommunications throughout but the owner/director would always step in with the best intent to resolve.
Facilities were always clean and team were communicative and welcoming. You pay a slightly higher premium based on this service that you may not get elsewhere
The way their team understands you and makes you feel is just fantastic. Storage and moving is normally stressful most times but these guys really get it and take the load off.
One of the few or only providers who had online booking for storage and moving combined with their friendly team made the storage and moving experience a breeze.
Definitely recommend them!
