Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I cannot fault them. From a scale of one to ten, definitely a 10+.

Paul talked me through all my options for replacing and relocating my boiler, replacing various radiators, all my thermostatic radiator valves and upgrading to a smart thermostat. He took his time and I felt informed and never pressured.

Chris and Stewart who carried out the work were also brilliant. Their workmanship was outstanding. They were professional, courteous, tidy and worked really hard. They started the job when they said they would, worked non-stop until the job was completed and kept to time.

I can hand on heart say that Paul, Chris and Stewart have by far been the most professional team I have ever come across. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Truly outstanding.

Excellent service from the moment of enquiry to the moment the job was complete. I even got a follow up call to check I was happy with everything. The clear explanation of what they offered and prices. We chose The Boiler Club even though they were a little more expensive but we have no regrets. The installation was faultless. We’d been dreading getting our very old boiler replaced- others had suggested knocking into walls, running pipes along walls, needing scaffolding. So pleased we went with the boiler club. Really fantastic communication, and skilled engineers, tidy , swift , efficient. Could not fault them, prob the first job we’ve ever had carried out in our house that has gone without a hitch. Not the cheapest, nor the most expensive by a very long shot , but pleased we decided to spend slightly more and not go with the very cheapest quote as no doubt we’d be paying for plastering, floorboard repair and redecoration now. Chris and Stuart really knew their stuff and Paul’s communication with us was second to none. Great, highly recommend 👌

From start to finish the communication and workmanship was absolutely brilliant. A difficult and complicated job of relocating the boiler and flu was done very professionally and at a fair price for the amount of work involved.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company. We had 6 quotes and they ticked every box. Give Paul a ring. He has the amazing ability to think out and resolve the situation and his two engineers, Ged and John worked like Trojans without even a break for lunch!! A pleasure to deal with.

We found The Boiler Club online and we are very happy we did. We needed our heating system updating. Paul talked us through our options and how they would carry out the job. We had a new boiler, pipe work and a few radiators were replaced. Paul and the work team talked us through what they would be doing and answered all our questions as the job progressed. The team did a fantastic job, they serviced our boiler, refitted radiators and replaced old thermostatic valves. They also fixed our WC which wasn’t flushing properly. Everyone was friendly, polite and efficient. I highly recommend the Boiler Club.

Brilliant service from initial contact right the way through!The guys Stew and Chris who came to fit my water tank and replace numerous taps worked full on,all day.They were very polite,respected my property and cleaned everything behind them and removed everything.A slight problem occurred once they left,a quick call to John and they were back to resolve it immediately,Well done everyone, I havent experienced this quality of service in a long time.I wish i knew of them when i replaced my boiler 5 months ago,will definately get them to do my annual service.Very satisfied customer 😀👍

These guys are incredible. Paul was so so thorough from start to finish with everything. He responded very very quickly to me on every question I had. He was incredibly knowledgeable. The back boiler was replaced for a combi and it really was such a smooth and neat operation. Ged the installer was so so lovely and went through everything after wards. These guys give you a top rated service at a lower cost then most other companies! I will continue to use these guys.

An excellent company, i cant praise or rate them high enough! We had problems with our old boiler, it kept cutting out and not maintaing heat or hot water, we contacted The Boiler Company Online to come and service it, Mike who came to service it was lovely and honest with us that it was a very old boiler, we could pay for repairs but down the line we’d end up with same problem, we decided to get a quote for a new boiler. Paul came round to do an assessment of what would be required, the quote was very reasonable and we decided to go ahead and have a new boiler installed, Paul explained all the options to us, he really went above and beyond with any questions we had and was very quick to reply to any queries we had, installation date was very easy to arrange. On the day of installation Steve, Lewis and Dave came to do the work, I have to say they were really lovely blokes, they explained everything to us, they were a delight to have in the house for the day, they showed us how everything worked when everything was done and cleaned up and moved all old stuff away, they are a credit to the company! We now have a lovely new boiler, warm house and hot water that stays hot! We are totally over the moon with the service we have received, I really can’t praise Paul and all the lads enough and would 100% recommend them to everyone!

My central heating system was completely flushed out and refilled with central heating protector.
Steve and his mate were so professional,neat clean and tidy,They fitted a new system filter to protect my new boiler from sediments and debris.

The service I received from the Boiler Club was exceptional, the workmanship was exemplary, all concerned were professional, I couldn't be happier with my new boiler, which wasn't an easy task as it had to be moved to a new location. The boiler club was suggested to us, Paul came to the house and arranged the work to be done quickly and simply as we needed new radiators, a gas fire removing, new cooker installing and serving our boiler.
Big job we wanted to make sure we chose someone reliable, l was anxious about it all but Paul has been amazing answering all my questions and making sure l was happy.
John did the work to a high clean standard and very happy with our experience so far thank you.

After enjoying our holiday in sunny Spain, my partner & I arrived home to our boiler leaking gas - completely unexpected and not ideal given the dropping temperatures. We have only been in our first home for a period of 8 months or so and had completed small jobs around the house to make it feel out own. This was a completely different task however, and what we thought would be a quick boiler swap turned into a drawn out process whilst we tried to solve our poor water pressure.

Paul was the first engineer to visit us and rather than treat the symptoms, he identified the cause and directed us to what needed resolving first. As first time buyers, he could have identified what was the easiest job for him and his engineers and we would have agreed. However, Paul was open & honest in regards to our options and kept in touch throughout whilst we addressed our pressure issues.

Once a fitting date was agreed (which was a really quick turnaround compared to other contractors we spoke to), Ged and John were at our property for a day and half completing a complete overhaul of our existing system. Both guys were an absolute pleasure to be around and I genuinely couldn't recommend them, and Paul, in a higher regard. We're currently 24 hours into having a warm house again and I couldn't be happier with the results.

The thought of needing a complete new system was fairly daunting for a new homeowner, but Paul & Co made it a comfortable experience and I'm thankful we chose them.
