Visited from the US for my ADHD medication. Really impressive service. I will definitely return when next in the UK.

Every time I refer one of my patients to the Blue Tree Clinic, I am impressed with the team's immense knowledge, respect, warmth and professional skill.

The clinic’s staff are highly trained and truly care. I always refer to then when in the area and trust him as an expert colleague and clinician.

The Blue Tree Clinic has been an invaluable source of support over the past few months. They have truly made a difference in my mental health. I agree with one of the prior reviews here, that while the cost of private healthcare can be expensive, the quality of care and attention you will receive at The Blue Tree Clinic is worth every penny.

Overall it was a negative experience.

Towards the end of 2023, I paid for two sessions with a psychiatrist for an assessment and report. When I received the report it was filled with errors about me - including an incorrect job, incorrect personal details, (my name was spelt incorrectly on one part) and several symptoms discussed were missed off. I guess I wasn't the right fit for the psychiatrist, the situation wasn't understood, or the symptoms not taken seriously and dismissed.

After raising these concerns I was kindly offered a complimentary session to make amendments to the report, but some errors were still not rectified.

Positives - efficient communications and high level of professionalism from both admin staff (Kim) and clinic director.

After waiting for an assessment from CAMHS and not being seen, we came to the clinic to meet with Dr Anna Moore. She took the time to listen to our daughter, and made her feel like what she was saying really mattered. She was kind and empathetic. She took the time to gather lots of information regarding our daughters life from birth to now. This in turn helped her to diagnose her. We left feeling happy and optimistic for the future. We look forward to updates with Dr Anna in the coming weeks.

The best mental health practice.

I moved to the UK from the US and needed to find a psychiatrist to manage my existing medication. I travel out of the country frequently (often without a lot of notice for several weeks at a time) so I needed to find a clinic that was super responsive and could accommodate my busy schedule. The Blue Tree Clinic exceeded and continues to exceed all of my expectations so I highly recommend them to anyone looking for mental health services!

The psychiatrists here are the best you'll find - they are incredibly knowledgeable and remember the little details about your life that make appointments feel personal. They have gone out of their way on many occasions to make sure I am able to book appointments and pick up prescriptions before I have to go out of town (even if I forget to reach out until the very last minute 😅). This includes squeezing me in for an appointment on a Sunday.

Kim, the receptionist, is lovely and always follows up with me within a couple of hours which makes communicating with the clinic super easy.

I also see Lucy for therapy every other week and she has been a game changer for developing tools that help me manage my mental health condition. I hadn't previously seen a therapist on an ongoing basis but have been impressed by how much I get out of my sessions with Lucy so I will continue to see her moving forward.

No, this isn't the cheapest mental health provider BUT it is the *best* I have ever experienced so if you are looking for the highest level of care from a kind, knowledgeable team, The Blue Tree Clinic is 100000% worth every penny.

Dr Elena at The Blue Tree Clinic has helped immensley over the past few months. Helping with diagnosis, treatment and correct medication. After waiting on the NHS waiting list for too long I decided to go ahead. Although private can be quite expensive, Dr Elena gave the attention my situation required.

Dr Ana has been kind, compassionate and helped me so much with all my issues and concerns. I never once felt judged and will always come back to her if I need any further support.

I started with the clinic when I was in a really low place. The response time was very fast. Emails with Kim are efficient and useful. I worked with Merve who was amazing. She gave me the strength to come to terms with what I was feeling and genuine, useful advice to cope. The sessions were spent discussing what I wanted to discuss and this felt flexible and I felt listened to. I cant thank Merve enough for just how much she helped me - so much so I have now secured my first job and nearly graduated uni with their support through these last few months. My doctor was also great and really helped me with the medication and treatment plan. I felt very supported and owe a lot to this wonderful, empathetic practice for giving me a new outlook.

I have seen one of the psychiatrists on a semi regular basis over the past four years and would highly recommend the clinic to anyone considering reaching out for support.
The psychiatrist I see has always been able to see me within days of asking for an appointment, and has consistently gone above and beyond to help during these appointments, including facilitating meetings with colleagues to ensure I can make informed decisions around undergoing therapy. The team are all warm, welcoming and committed to providing excellent care.

Super easy to book with, straightforward and super quick results. Kim is amazing, easy to speak to and super helpful understood my situation and knew how to help explaining the process and finding me a booking. Dr Mellisha is wonderful to speak with, forgot that she was actually assessing what I was saying as it seemed like a normal conversation with a friend instead. Can’t fault them. I found The Blue Tree Clinic to be very helpful in addressing, reflecting upon and improving certain things in my life that have helped me in growing as a person. I would like to credit Kamran, who after having seen several therapists was able to give me the tools I truly needed.

I’m really happy with my experience at The Blue Tree Clinic. The team there are incredibly quick and responsive and I felt really looked during the process. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Dr Ana in particular was very lovely and I felt like she really understood what I was saying. I’ll would certainly use them again.

After seeing 3 other different therapists, I was lucky enough to find Dr. Mark Silvert. Other physiologists told me I am fine, but probably did not have the capacity to solve my problems. In reality, I was struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, borderline personality disorder and even considering suicide. The mental struggle and pain was just too much to handle by myself.

However, Dr. Silvert actually helped me so much during those difficult times, he genuinely did care about me, and knowing him, he cares about every patient. He had so much patience with me, even talking to me 3 times per week when I was really struggling. His treatments actually work and I could see progress in every single session, as well as the group therapy sessions. I can say knowing Mark literally changed my life, I am new person and my mental health disorders are a thing of the past. Mark is literally my hero, I am a totally new person because of him, and many things he told me during treatment are still with me every day. Thank you Mark and the Blue Tree Clinic team!

I was hesitant about reaching out for assistance and I can say without a doubt that the help I have received from Dr Mark Silvert has been transformational. I lost my job last year and together we have been working on multiple things to assist me with processing this, developing a new strategy to succeed and the options available to me regarding treatment I have needed. I am in a new job and I have had such a good turnaround over the last 6-8 months. If you are hesitant about receiving assistance, the BlueTree clinic was the best decision I could have made, their staff are truly experts and will help you.

It’s not something than many of us are willing to admit, much less talk about.

In the Spring of 2018 I was ready to take my own life. On the outside, I had a successful career and was loved. Inside, I believed I was worth nothing.

I’d been on antidepressants and tried NHS therapy. Later on I’d realise that my pain stemmed from childhood, and no amount of CBT asking me to “write down five compliments you receive today” was going to help me.

I’d managed it for a long time. But then I knew I was close to breaking point. I’d started counting out strong painkillers I’d been prescribed, and researching how many it would take to end the pain.

People often say you need to hit rock bottom before you come up. I did. Then another kick in the gut broke that very thin thread that was holding me up.

I could have done it. But part of me knew I wasn’t done here. I didn’t think I was worth anything, or anyone, but I didn’t want to go out like that.

That’s when I turned to Mark. I was a crying, desperate, snotty mess. All the time I was thinking ‘wow this guy’s wasting his time on a loser like me’. But to him, I wasn’t a loser. I was valuable. Mark gave me the lifeline I so desperately needed.

I was referred to Kamran who took up the reins of a stubborn and damaged lady. It was tricky. We had to build trust; something I’d been let down on before.

Week by week we’d unpack the source of my pain. I’m not going to lie. It wasn’t always easy. But Kamran was there every step of the way. Even if I wasn’t in a session, he’d respond to a Whatsapp or answer my call.

We talked. We worked it through. And somehow I felt myself growing into a different person. I cared about myself for the first time in a long time.

At 39 it took a while to get used to the new me; someone who doesn’t recognise that pained person. With Kamran and Mark’s help I learnt to love her again. I wake up happy.

All I’d like to say to the old me is “you’re enough, and I love you”.

And I say to Kamran and Mark, thank you for bringing me back to life.

Before attending the Blue Tree Clinic I'd been in and out of various psychiatric services, NHS & private, since being a young teenager. During this time I'd encountered countless professionals, I can say with 100% confidence that the care I received from the Blue Tree Clinic is completely unrivalled.

At the Blue Tree Clinic I saw Mark Silvert, the psychiatrist, who was warm, welcoming and radiated genuine care and concern at every instance. His approach was holistic and centred around my own preferences and insights at all times.

I also saw Kamran, a psychotherapist, at the Blue Tree Clinic for over a year. I hadn't had positive experiences with therapy previously and find talking about my feelings painfully difficult but Kamran was endlessly patient, calm and understanding. Kamran had a remarkable ability to allow my therapy to be flexible and dynamic, adapting to my changing needs over my time seeing him.

I can't recommend the Blue Tree Clinic highly enough. They have so many glowing reviews for a reason.

I had an appointment with Mark Silvert and would defiantly recommend him. Such a lovely person to talk to. No pressure or anything. He guides you through the assessment and is extremely comforting.
