Giordana Fusion bib tights
Bought a pair of Giordana Fusion bib tights on a Black Friday deal. They arrived within a couple of days, and have been brilliant on cold winter morning rides. The Cirro Chamois is really comfortable and does not chafe. For the price I paid they're an absolute steal.

No problems with the purchase
No problems with the purchase, delivery or choice of bikes, arrived in perfect condition almost ready to go, just a quick front wheel and saddle attachment done, great service and delivery, even the finance part was a breeze. Thanks all. Gray Middlesex.

The lack of customer service was pretty poor. I wrote an e-mail to see when my bike would be delivered as I didn't hear anything and the due date was the next day and I would need to arrange for someone to be at the address. I did not receive a reply so I phoned on the day it was due to arrive and I was promised that some one would contact me with the information, they didn't. I sent a second email making my annoyance known and it was then that I received a reply. If someone sens you a message at least have the courtesy to respond as we all have busy lives and can't wait around in the hope that you will do what you say you will and it does gall as you are quick enough to take the money.
Having said that a really nice lady did contact me and apologized on your behalf and did send me some rather nice merchandise for which I am extremely grateful but I can assure you this was not my intention.

I have only ordered from the Bike Rooms twice and I have been very impressed with their service. The website is very easy to navigate and they have a great range of stock. Once the order is placed, delivery is very quick and the items are well, but not over, packaged. All in all I would rate them as a 5 star company.

Great returns service
I had to return a bike helmet because I had ordered the wrong size. The Bike Rooms were very quick and efficient in sending a replacement of a larger size once I had returned the original (with complete packaging). Great service!
