I accidentally made two subscriptions for one product, The Beard Club’s Beard and Scruff Cream. I received an order I did not expect and notified The Beard Club. They quickly identified and correct the problem. I kept the extra order, because I love the Beard and Scruff Cream, even though I have a longer than average length beard. The Beard and Scruff Cream conditions my skin and my beard. I could not be happier with this product and the company’s service.

Love the products and when there was an order error they quickly fixed it.

Received promotional email for Christmas gift set and purchased one set for a gift. Noticed a charge for another set at full price the next month ($93). Contacted customer service and explained that I had not ordered a second set or noticed it was a subscription. They refused to cancel the order or issue a refund and shipped the set anyways. Will not be further recommending them to any family or friends.

Paid for but never received. SCAM. Cash gone. Authorities contact.

Beard club products are great and I enjoy purchasing them. However I was missing items out of my order. Customer support was quick to rectify the missing items.i have my new order on its way.

My wife ordered me a kit off amazon. One of the bottles was open and empty when the package arrived. Amazon wanted us to returned the entire package. Beard CLub customer service only replaced what we needed in our kit allowing us to begin using the kit immediately.

Reviews here are fake. They sign you up for a subscription without notice then make you pay to ship back their product for a refund. Bad company.

first of all amazing people through and through! Great communication between customers and staff! you are all super friendly and helpful I love the products! I finally have a beard!! Great experience all the way 10/10 already recommend to all my friends and family!!

I was under the impression it was a one time purchase as it said try out beard growth regimen turns out they automatically signed me up for a monthly membership nowhere did I agree to that I kept my card on file in case I wanted to make a future purchase just got a notification saying that I was just charged $112.35

I had to cancel my order due to a finger error and customer service took care of it quickly and with no problems. I really appreciate this kind of service. Stress free! Always a sign of a good group of people!

So I became a member back in 2020-2021 and I was in the hunt for the best trimmer for my beard, I had bout a few different brands from stores and the always pull and scratch, soon as it arrived I was amazed at how smooth the trimmer cuts and the battery life is amazing. And if I could give more than 5 I would, because here it is 2026 and I had to move and I reached out to them about an issue and they responded back within a day and was so helpful. I recommend to everyone.

My husband started using these products and his beard looks amazing! No more flakes and his beard is so soft and the fullest I have ever seen it. Absolutely love the products.

Would not refund a subscription I did not sign up for. I had to cancel every individual item from their “beard growth kit”
They lie you in with discount and then you’re signed up for subscriptions that cost 50% more than the original purchase price. AND THE PRODUCTS DONT WORK of course you’ll see growth if you stop shaving. There’s better smelling cheaper alternatives that don’t rope you in with subscriptions

I had an issue with a gift subscription. The team at The Beard Club who helped me was fantastic! They responded quickly, provided options for a solution and then implemented the solution.

My gift recipient loves all of the products he has received from the Beard Club. Overall, we are very happy!

They took care of my issue immediately. Answered my email at like 1 in the morning. They were very kind and courteous as well.

No change to my facial hair, dangerous straight razor holder that did not hold the blade in place. Absolutely not worth the money I spent.
