Scamming subscription practices.

This is a parasitic company with poor support. I purchased one box, and it signed me up for a monthly subscription. Even though I purchased the box through an account I made on the website, when I went to my subscription page on the site, it showed I had no subscription. it took me 6 months to resolve the issue, after calling, mesaging and email the best response i could get from their service department was "just go onto the website and cancel" no matter how many times i told them there was no registered subsription active on my account. I ended up having to get Rocket Money to cancel the subscription for me, as Beard Club was wholly unhelpful. Save your time and money and just avoid this company altogether. This is literally the first bad review I've ever written, but that just goes to show how much of a headache this company has been.

I bought 2 trimmers from the Beard Club and unfortunately it will be my last. The prongs broke on level 1 of my clippers and I didn’t see any replacement parts on line so I emailed customer service.
A week later they responded and said, “we are working to make available to our customers replacement parts”
Folks if they haven’t done so already they NEVER ARE! This company thrives on us just buying new trimmers.
If I knew this I would’ve never bought from them since those guards are plastic and they do crack.
Horrible way to do business. No time table, just unbelievable! These companies loom for max profit and why keep all that extra inventory of parts when business is good. Gaslighting them into they’re overall screwed on an expensive trimmer they can’t use anymore because the one level they trim their beard to is broke.

I feel listened to whenever I reach out to their customer support. I’ve been using the product for 6 months now and have seen the changes but I’m not where I now my beat can be. So I’m going to keep using this awesome product.

Customer service communication has been excellent. The product seems to be very good quality but my skin is very sensitive and did not respond well.

Fantastic Customer Service! Beard Club is doing things right. I had an issue, emailed in, got immediate communication and they offered multiple solutions to fix the issue. They're doing customer service right! Will continue to order their products!

The Beard Club has by far the best product that honestly works , on your beard for filling in patchy spots. I was very satisfied with my results, I will be starting up my subscription again in the future.

This company has predatory practices. They signed me up for a subscription to a product I never asked to be subscribed for. Do not use them! They're products are not ground breaking, just relabeled.

I’ve seen advertisements about beard club beard color working great and lasting long for about a year. I gave it shot but was extremely skeptical because just for men broke me out horribly. I checked the ingredients and it seemed like it didn’t contain PPD’s..well at least I thought. It a small area that says may contain. What kind of business is that? I used it and within 15 mins my face started to itch and turn red. I washed my face several times and the itching wouldn’t stop. To everyone with sensitive or semi sensitive skin I wouldn’t suggest this beard dye

I am using this brand from August 2025 to May 2026 and still using I swear I got good result in my beard it’s really good result. For result you have to be patience that’s all

Great customer service. I had an issue with my account, the issue resolved in less than 10mins. I was worried about taking a long time to resolve the issue due to contacting them through email. I recommend their product. My husband loved his gift.

Besides the fact you get tricked into a subscription for each product you buy that lets them bill you every month, I won’t recommend this product for anyone at all, I had a medical reaction where my hair fell off drastically after using it was so emotionally stressful because I was actually growing my hair and now it has reduced to a point where I’m restarting I’m waiting to see if my hair will still continue to fall off, I contacted customer service and they told me to talk to a dermatologist, the service was very poor and I definitely will never recommend anyone buy it and would tell you to save yourself the emotional and financial stress. I would’ve been charged $91 on the next bill a bill I would’ve been so pissed about and I’m sure they wouldn’t have refunded. STAY AWAY FROM BEARD CLUB!!!!!!
