I'm old school not very good with technology. My father-inlaw as always had a tot of whiskey in is last cup of tea before bed but he has dementia so he cant remember if he's had any whiskey so sort story we couldn't find non alcohol in the shops looked on line found you and your delivery his very very quick x

Arrived on time and intact
Items arrived on time and very well packaged. Not sure on the product (Whissen) doesn't really taste of Whiskey but still quite pleasant with lemonade. A good price but when you add on the £4.99 p&p it does work out expensive when you can buy a cheap alcohol version for about the same price. Gave it a try would probably not buy it again. Shame, I was looking forward to it.

Great customer service.
I cannot fault the customer service with this team.
I get the subscription box every month as AF is new for me and I wanted to try new things I might not necessarily get in the supermarket (which is full of fabulous alternatives some of the cocktails have been awesome). Unfortunately this month the box came with something that I am allergic to. I emailed their customer service team who were more than happy to swap out what I couldn’t have and none of it seemed to be any trouble at all.
Really happy with the service. Thank you team.

A non-alcoholic Prosecco!
I have tried for several years to find a non-alcoholic drink to substitute for Prosecco. The Oddbird Rose is it. Full of bubbles and pep, a flavour that doesn’t overwhelm food and not a drink that tastes like a carbonated cordial. A terrific find.

I have had 2 orders from this company, the first was absolutely fine, the second was short delivered I have reported this 3 times by email and had no response at all.
Having now heard back from the supplier confidence has been restored.

Bit of odd experience for me
Bit of odd experience for me - made my purchase on a Saturday and received an email to confirm receipt. The email though did not have a breakdown of what I ordered and was the only email I received. I seemed to have missed the option when ordering to create an account and could not go back and retroactively sign up to have it associated with my order so I couldn't look up my order or check shipping etc. I couldn't find anywhere on the website to check order numbers as a guest either. Saying all of this, I received my order only a few days later on the Tuesday, so from that persepctive, pretty quick shipping and the order was correct, so happy days. I just found it all a bit odd that I didn't get an order confirmation with a breakdown of what I ordered or any follow-up comms to let me know when it would be delivered etc. Bit of a mystery experience that still worked out so really can't fault anything, just would say maybe the comms could be a bit more clear. But overall, as a pregnant lady wanting to enjoy a nice alcohol free beer/cider in the hot weather, I can't complain.

Let down by courier, customer service a little slow, but got fixed eventually. Products good.
The first time I ordered, the courier (Parcel Force) wasn't great, as they delivered very early and made no attempt to deliver to a neighbour when I was unavailable. I emailed The Alcohol Free Co., but never got a response. I had to arrange redelivery myself.
I thought I'd try them again - 2nd time same courier reported a damaged parcel, delivered part of the order to my house and part to a post office with items missing. Again I have had no email response back from The Alcohol Free Company.
Very happy with the products that did get delivered though.
Edit: Company has since been in touch and sent missing items
