I would strongly recommend anyone buying from here read the delivery terms and conditions. They say “usually” next day delivery, however, they reserve the right to deliver any time they choose. You MUST be in to receive the delivery, regardless of when it may be and with no notice of when. They charge you £6.99 for this service.

They used to be great but have become…

They used to be great but have become completely useless over the past few months. They have a chat line which never gets answered. They say write in and they will respond which they don't. If all goes well they are fine but as they have no contact telephone number anymore when you have a problem they ensure you cant get hold of them. There are many other places to buy alcohol free these days and i would use someone else who have some semblance of customer care as opposed to customer , who cares about them. Avoid

They have just gone bust so don't order anything from them! Naturally their website seems to be still accepting orders.

I discovered this due to having to chase repeatedly for a partially delivered order, and eventually tracked down the email address of the owner/CEO. I just got an auto response saying they have ceased trading.

Half the order missing, no response or help from customer services

I placed an order on the 18th May and had confirmation it would be shipped the next day, arrival of half the delivery came on the 20th.
Since then, after trying to reach out via the chat box and sent 3 messages via their website I am still missing my order - 10 days after placing it.
I’ve had 1 response from customer services saying to check the DHL website - this also has not changed status for a week.
I wish I would have checked the reviews on here before ordering, instead I looked at the reviews on their website which are conveniently a lot more positive.
Will not be ordering again and now have to try and claim a charge back on my card

Eye watering prices

Have a nice selection but the prices are eye watering! For the price I would pay for 50 litres of real beer only gets me 6 litres of alcohol free from here. £4 for a 330ml can of alcohol free is laughable. Ordered once but never again at these prices.

Disappointed with the misleading 'next…

Disappointed with the misleading 'next day delivery' promise

I was really disappointed with my recent experience with Dry Drinker. One of the key reasons I chose to order from them was the bold promise of next day delivery, which is promoted heavily on their website and Google ads. I placed my order at 1.38pm on a Tuesday and was given a delivery window of up to 7.12pm the next day (Wednesday). The order didn’t arrive.

While I understand that delivery logistics can be outside a retailer’s direct control, the experience still reflects on the brand—especially when such a strong marketing message is built around fast next day delivery. A golden rule in marketing is to under-promise and over-deliver, not the other way round.

Unfortunately, this experience has made me question whether I can trust the brand’s promises. If next day delivery can’t be guaranteed, then it really shouldn’t feature so prominently in Dry Drinker’s marketing. I would’ve had a much better experience if the delivery promise was more realistic—say, up to three days—but with the possibility of it arriving sooner.

Until then, I won’t be ordering again.

Had 3 months discovery subscription for…

Had 3 months discovery subscription for Christmas costing £85. Sent two months but held the third one back because the £85 wasn’t quite enough to cover 3 deliveries! 47 pence short! It’s expensive and a rip off. £85 for 16 cans or bottles! That’s over £5 each! Avoid this company.

Highly Recommended.

I ordered some Free Damm beers from Dry Drinker last Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday.

It was a joy to order and everything from packaging through to their range and their customer service was excellent. I will definitely be ordering from them again - it’s rare to find such good service.

Worth every penny, top notch service!

A massive THANK YOU to Daniya who secured my Christmas delivery after contacting customer services. Understandably, at this busy time of year, it’s taking longer to ship orders out but after reaching out to the team, Daniya managed to get my order delivered before my big family Christmas party!

You’ve made a pregnant lady very happy! I’ll be able to enjoy my non-alcoholic fizz with my family and not feel like the odd one out.

I will definitely order from dry drinker again in the future. Thank you for being my Christmas saviour!

Poor service

Products are good albeit expensive.
Reason I will not shop again is poor service - items did not arrive and had to contact Drydrinker. Was told items were damaged in transit - would have been good to have been told rather than waiting a week.
Request for delivery fee to be refunded was refused- very disappointing.

Customer service is fine until there's a problem - now I need a drink!

I can see now I'm not the only customer to have a negative experience with the founder of Dry Drinker! My order arrived quickly and was well-packaged. One bottle of alcohol-free red wine was clearly faulty, it fizzed and foamed like a bottle of cola. I emailed a photo of the foaming wine to Dry Drinker and requested a refund, and that's went it all went wrong. The emails I received from the company's founder were arrogant, patronising, unprofessional and unapologetic; by far the worst customer service I've encountered in a very long time. I had to ask an infuriating four times for a refund before he agreed to a refund rather than a replacement. In my experience, the 'magical' customer service described on their website is a complete fantasy and the founder is drastically ill-suited to dealing with complaints. I'm sure the products they sell are generally fine, but this isn't how to deal with things when something (very minor) goes wrong. If you can buy the same product from a company with more professional and helpful customer service, that's what I'd recommend and that's what I'll be doing in the future. The founder should recruit someone who has some understanding of good customer service to deal with complaints (one is referred to on their website, I wish I'd dealt with her, if she exists!) and familiarise himself with the Consumer Rights Act. I do appreciate the fact that I've now been refunded for the full cost of my order of three bottles, rather than just the one faulty bottle, but overall, I'd have been happier with a refund for the one bottle and a more professional and customer-focused response.

Nice idea - Arrogant service

Reasonably attempted communication around delayed and incorrect order and their supply chain procurement error, several times.Received a dismissive and arrogant DM customer service response from owner in response to attempt to rectify same order error issue.

10/10 For Delivery

I found this company online by sheer luck and I'm so glad that I did!!
I ordered 9 bottles (mix of red, rose and sparkling).
I haven't tried any yet but I ordered them at 4pm yesterday and they arrived (safely!) at 12.26pm today.
So far, so good! Can't fault the delivery. If the AF wines are as good as the delivery, then I think I'm going to be a regular customer!!

Fantastic customer service

I always judge a company by it's customer service and DryDrinker are deserving of many, many stars on this front. I ordered a variety of alcohol free wines and beer. Unfortunately the wine turned up, but the beer did not. I immediately emailed customer services and they got back to me within 1 hour and explained it was an issue with DHL. Within 2 hours they had rectified the issue, resending the items again on next day delivery. I was really impressed with how responsive they've been. Lastly, the selection of non alcoholic drinks they have is brilliant and the best I've seen yet. I look forward to placing many future orders
