Seamless no fault car insurance claim. 5 star service from start to finish - well impressed with handling of claim, repairs and hire car. You don’t know how good your insurer is until you need them! Glad I had AA - brilliant service.

Not what I expected
Can’t fault the AA’s part in the handling of my claim.
But, the distance and working hours of their authorised repairer and the car rental company’s call handlers, along with crossed communication, has resulted in a poor experience and low rating.

Long wait times to speak to anyone. Customer service good when finally through to a call handler.
