Having spoken to a number of high street estate agents and then Charlotte from The Agent I decided to use Charlotte and what a great choice.

Charlotte has been fantastic from start to finish with updates as necessary with the added bonus of no constant sales pitches for mortgages!

I would happily recommend Charlotte and her team and will definitely use them again in the future.

We have just had the pleasure of selling our property with Charlotte Jones The Agent.
The process was a stressful and sometimes difficult , Charlotte was always on hand and very good with communication.
We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a personable service .

I would imagine I was one of the longest clients on their books, but it did not deter them. Our chain collapsed a few times due to issues further up the chain. Charlotte was true to her word, doggedly and determined we finally managed to complete some 11 months later. Throughout this whole experience Charlotte delivered a first rate professional and a 'never say die' attitude, even when I nearly gave up.
Would I recommend 'The Agent' 100% absolutely.

Charlotte is approachable, hard-working and a pleasure to deal with during, what was, quite a stressful time! She was always available, very quick to respond to messages or any issues that arose and she gave great advice. Charlotte also got us a fantastic sale price for our property (much better than what other agents had quoted!).

When we sold our property recently we did not intend to purchase straight away so a set completion date was not an issue for us. Bernard worked extremely hard to keep our buyers happy and for the sale to complete within their timescale. We were kept informed every step of the way with almost daily telephone calls/emails towards the end of the sale. Bernard and Claire are a refreshing modern team for whom nothing is too much trouble. Honesty was our main priority which we got without the usual estate agent waffle! We cannot recommend them highly enough.

You'll see a lot of praise for Bernard on this page- and it's well deserved. Bernard wasn't even our agent (he was selling the house we were buying) and he kept us in the loop all the time and chased on our behalf, when our own agent couldn't even be bothered to ring us. I sincerely wish we could have paid Bernard instead as he more than deserves it.
I'd highly recommend him if you want someone honest who keeps you fully updated. Exemplary.

As a buyer we found Patsy’s service, communication and understanding of our requirements most helpful. She appeared to strike the right balance between buyer and seller making her approach refreshing. Bought a new-build house with Bernard acting as agent for the builder. Bernard has been brilliant throughout the buying process from our first site visit, to getting the keys. Kept us informed, answered any questions we had, always got back to us promptly and quickly sorted any issues. Hard working, with lots of experience and knowledge, so really practical and gives great advice including suggesting local solicitors and carpet fitters we could use. He’s been just as helpful after the sale has gone through too!
