We used Tom Bell s our estate agent, the photos he took were amazing, so good we almost wanted to stay! The house sold within 48 hours for £15k over asking, we had to stop the viewings after the initial 12. Great service and will be recommending him to friends and family

If you want a personalised house selling experience then The Agent is the one to choose. Throughout the process we only had one contact point, which worked very well, calls were always answered or returned quickly and the same with emails.
Our agent was very knowledgeable and gave very good advice, he was regularly chasing the solicitors on both sides so that he was aware of any road blocks in the conveyancing process.

Bernard was professional throughout our experience with him. Charlotte at The Agent in Lincoln was the selling Agent for the house we bought. As such, we were not her clients and were not paying her for her services, however, Charlotte was absolutely perfect in her support to us as buyers. Despite several issues arising in the ‘chain’, Charlotte was always on top of the details and was able to offer advice as necessary. She even monitored the whole chain to ensure that any potential problems were highlighted early so that solicitors could be directed accordingly. On that point, in our experience, solicitors throughout the chain but especially our own were complete carp and so Charlotte’s attentiveness, and that of her colleagues in the office, was a godsend. I have no doubt that our successful completion of the house purchase would have been in real jeopardy without Charlotte’s expertise.

From our first viewing of the property we purchased to the final completion, Charlotte from The Agent has been fantastic. The whole process has been effortless and very simple. Any questions were answered very quickly and Charlotte was always on hand to answer my calls. Never was anything too much trouble and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The friendliest and most efficient estate agents I have worked with!
