Super friendly and professional service, with all procedures and steps clearly explained and reassured. It was my first time and I felt comfortable and in safe hands. My audiologist, Mohammed Faisal, was brilliant and I couldn’t fault him or his work, which quickly and successfully removed all my wax pain free. Hopefully I won’t have to go back soon, but if I do then I hope I’m in his care.

I booked in at THCP (The Hearing Care Partnership) to get some impressions made of my ears for some in ear monitors. The whole experience was brilliant. Communication was excellent and Faisal was really polite, professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend THCP. I didn’t realise they also offer a free hearing test with the procedure I was having done. They could have tried to get away with charging me extra for this but they didn’t. Very honest and couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience. Thoroughly recommended.

From the initial assessment for my hearing test to receiving my hearing aids, the service from Faisal, was excellent and very professional. I felt at ease very quickly, and throughout the tests he explained everything thoroughly and was very patient. I felt I was able to make an informative choice for obtaining my wonderful discreet hearing aids- of which the care and use was fully explained to me. I am very happy with the service I received and I would definitely recommend The Hearing Care Partnership to anyone requiring quality hearing care.
