Service was really good, reassuring and friendly, explained things really clearly and made me feel at ease lovely audiologist

I had an ear impression appointment with Faisal at Jones Opticians and he was really personable and thorough. Great guy and great appointment!

I booked in for earwax removal. From start to finish there was clear communication on how the process of removal of wax as smooth as possible. Faisal the audiologist was very welcoming and helpful. He explained how to best manage wax build up in future and carried out a free hearing test afterwards, explaining the other services they offer. Would recommend The Hearing Care Partnership and Faisal to anyone who had any issues with their ears.

I recently took my elderly mother to Jones opticians, Kingstanding to have her ear wax removed followed by a very thorough hearing test. Faisal, the audiologist was fantastic with her. He made her feel at ease, took his time with her, and fully explained what he was doing along the way. After the hearing test he clearly explained her hearing results in a very professional way.
I would highly recommend anyone needing an audiologist to check their ears use Faisal.

Basil was amazing today at my appointment. Very helpful and professional. Very insightful and gave me some brilliant advice. I went to have my ears cleaned. However on learnt loads re my ear hearing care. He put me at ease as I have anxiety. Very nice person
I understood everything he told me and was very polite I would recommend him as he does a good job and makes everything easy to understand. I would go there again as being a older person he has very good people skills. His a lovely person

Had a fantastic appointment with Faisal today. He was very personable and went to great trouble to ensure I understood exactly what would happen in the appointment and afterwards. It was very relaxed (and even fun!) but also extremely thorough and Faisal was very patience and understanding. Helpful and informative. My wife and I both had hearing tests and were very happy with the overall experience.
The audiologist put us at ease during the tests and explained exactly what he was doing and the meaning of the results. I have had hearing aids for some time, but felt that the service I had was far superior to any of my previous suppliers.

I visited Jones Opticians/Audiology (Kingstanding)..this am as I hve been experiencing significant hearing loss resulting in missing full conversations…it was becoming a nuisance…..I made an appt with Faisal the Audiologist…He was most pleasant and explained everything very clearly and concisely….I had a micro-suction procedure which I really didn’t fancy….However the procedure was fine I felt no discomfort at all..Faisal proceeded to carry out a hearing test…he showed me the readings from my hearing test….Everything was again clearly explained…and I was encouraged to go to my GP for hearing referral…. Which I most certainly will….The wax needed removing and I definitely hve improvement..My whole experience on this appt was carried out in the most professional pleasant manner

Had a consultation with Mohammed Faisal about my hearing in particular tinnitus. He is a true professional and the examination was carried out with care.

Although there nothing Mohammed could do with regards to hearing aids, his advice and compassion was second to none.

Went in for a hearing test and wax removal. Faisal was the gent who done everything for me. Could not have asked for a better person. He explained everything clearly to me and eased me into the wax removal and all the different tests.

Muhammed at Jones Optician in Kingstanding was polite and explained everything to me I thought I had a build up of wax, he showed me on his laptop inside both my ears there was no wax. He then did various test and showed me the results and found that my right ear had ear infection in the middle ear,my left was normal. I am glad I went otherwise I would of carried on putting products in my ear that would of done no good.
