I think some of the services at Thames Skin Clinic are decent, although they are expensive.
I would, however, be cautious about being persuaded into buying one of their “treatment plans”. The prices they appear to charge for some of the creams and skincare products are high, especially when the same products can be found easily online for substantially less.
Their response is that any business will apply a mark-up, which is true to some extent.
In my case, I have found that the skincare products I purchased are available from reputable UK retailers at substantially lower prices, with the clinic’s prices around 50% higher than the prices I found elsewhere.
The part I struggled with was the impression that you are receiving a meaningful discount when purchasing a package. In reality, it seems that the discount may simply be a small reduction from an already high retail price.
I will see how the rest of my treatment goes, particularly the laser treatment, and I hope the value there will be better.
Overall, I would recommend checking the retail price of any products yourself before agreeing to a treatment package, so you can properly assess what value you are actually getting.

Very expensive treatment for age spots was ineffective. Only response on review was to offer MORE expensive treatment. Having spent nearly £2K, I was not best pleased at this proposal. Throwing good money after bad is not the solution.

I had the secret radio frequency micro needling treatment which was carefully and thoughtfully administered with lots of preparation of my skin which ensured it was super comfortable throughout, it was practically pain free! Unheard of for this type of treatment. I felt looked after and in very safe hands. I’ll be returning.

Regrettably, a very poor and costly experience. Having taken my 16-year-old daughter, who had mild acne, for a consultation, we left the clinic with an array of prescribed products and a bill for over £800. Within two weeks of using the products, my daughter's skin had deteriorated markedly.

My daughter contacted the clinic several times, sending photos of the deterioration, but never managed to speak to the doctor. She was only advised to vary the product formula experimentally. Having observed no benefit from the trials, we asked for a follow-up consultation. This led to the advice that we should purchase another small gel tube for £115. Having refused, we purchased a larger sample of the identical product online for £23.71. Seeing how this experience affected my daughters' self-esteem is both disappointing and heartbreaking.

I saw Dr Kasim today for my regular Botox treatment. As usual he was extremely courteous, kind and gentle and I am confident that the results will be good (as always).

Dr Anna is a true professional. So knowledgeable, thorough in her detail, informative and reassuring. I highly recommend her to anyone considering any kind of skin treatment.
