Thamessidetreesurgeryandlandscaping Recensioni

Thameside Tree Surgery & Landscaping. We had five guys arrive to evaluate and take down an 80-ft conifer tree. Tony handled the job professionally in good time and at reasonable rates. We would have no hesitation in recommending Tony and his team.

Great job, very professional, would recommend!

Pruned our walnut tree, happy with the job done - quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves

The company gave us a detailed verbal quote, explaining the best way to approach cutting & shaping the trees.
Excellent stand of work, checked if we were happy with their work & the trees as they started cutting/shaping.
Cleaned up & took all they waste cutting
We were polite & friendly.

Have used these tree surgeons in the past and found them very efficient.
This time they pruned my walnut tree very well and advised that the silver birch was probably rotting in the main trunk. We agreed a mutual acceptable price. They completed the job efficiently and cleared the site properly.
I highly recommend them and I was very happy with the Job.

Tony and the team cleared my garden which was very overgrown. They consulted me as they worked and cleared up beautifully afterwards. Will use again.

Thameside done my work shaped over five of my eucalyptus trees they was 80-100 ft tall all over my green houses and they never broke anything and done all my bushes very skilful and professional a great price and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone

They cut our tree down, super fast in a few hours, efficient, safely done and left the place clean. Would recommend to anybody else

I found these guys to be courteous and efficient. They gave me a no obligation quote without any pressure and the price was fine so I went for it.

They were efficient and did a great job on my trees and bushes, and they left the site very clean and tidy.

I would recommend them.

This company ripped off my 94 year old vulnerable mother, and brother, who trusted them. They had dropped a card into the letterbox. The card appeared professional. Unfortunately, my brother did not do any due diligence.

The story is very similar to many listed here. My brother called them & was advised that they were working at a neighbour's house. They were round in 20 minutes. My mother has a small garden and just wanted some shrubs trimmed back. The work took 3 guys a bit less than one hour and they charged £750 (after initially wanting £2000). My brother knows nothing about gardening & assumed the work would take a lot longer. I think he was pressurised into paying them. No tree surgery or climbing were involved.

Three Thames Side operatives arrived, very polite, removed the top of a fir tree always checking if they had removed sufficient. They did not rush and took sufficient time for all of-cuts to be removed and cleared up.
Carshalton Beeches. Satisfied customer.

Had my garden cleared and the guys did a great job. Very professional including cleaning up after themselves. Would recommend.

A Beautiful Transformation — Highly Recommended

I’m genuinely grateful to Three Surgery and Landscaping Ltd for the work they carried out in both the front garden and the back yard. They completed the required work with care, professionalism and real attention to detail.

What stood out to me was not simply the finished result, but the pride they clearly took in their work. They transformed spaces that needed attention into areas that now feel cared for, clean and welcoming.

It is rare to come across people who take genuine responsibility for the work they do and understand that, for a customer, their work becomes part of someone’s home. I truly appreciate the effort, reliability and care they put into the job.

Thank you to the whole team. I would wholeheartedly recommend THAMES SIDE TREE SURGERY & LANDSCAPING Ltd to anyone looking for landscaping work done properly, professionally and with care.

Thameside tree surgery, excellent job for the work required. Would recommend this Company again. They quoted as agreed was reasonable priced.

I would advise anyone considering using this company to exercise extreme caution and make sure that the price, scope of work and business details are all confirmed in writing before allowing work to start.

The company approached us by cold calling at our home. We were told that they had been working for a neighbour and that the neighbour had suggested they speak to us. When we subsequently checked with our neighbour, he told us that he had not agreed to them approaching us on his behalf. This immediately made us uncomfortable about the way the work had been obtained.

We agreed verbally to driveway cleaning/re-sanding and some tree trimming. During our dealings with the company, I found the sales approach persistent and at times aggressive, which made the experience uncomfortable.

I was not provided with evidence of public liability insurance. I am not saying that the company does not have insurance, only that evidence of cover was not provided to me. This was particularly concerning given that tree work had been discussed.

I was also not provided with a written quotation before the work started, despite the company having approached us at our home, and I did not receive an invoice for the work.

Based on my own experience, I would recommend that prospective customers do their own checks and insist on a written quotation setting out the full price and scope of work, evidence of appropriate insurance, and confirmation that a proper invoice will be provided before agreeing to any work. Do not pay in cash.

had my trees done by thames side responsible price and staff were excellent would deffo recommend would have again
