I have been really impressed with how easy and straightforward the new app is to use. It makes reporting and keeping track of job orders within our site much simpler and more organised, it’s clear and easy to follow, it’s also fantastic that the people behind the app are taking on the responsibility of looking after our homes and communal spaces making sure our shared spaces are being kept clean and maintained.
It’s reassuring that these jobs are being taken seriously. A huge thank you to those involved for all the hard work. It’s very appreciated.

Having lived on this site for 15 years I have experienced five consecutive managing agencies but only now with Residentive do I have immediate response to any property needs, quick action, and excellent services, with up-to-date reports of action taken.
