Just the nicest, most supportive and most helpful group of people we could have asked to do this for us. The (next level!) efficiency and ease at which TFM moved us was so impressive, nothing was too much of a problem and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone. Hopefully we never move again but if we do, we’ll be back!

We used TFM on our previous move and were looking to use them again for this move. Unfortunately they didn't have availability on our final completion date but were very kind and went above and beyond to assist me to find somebody else who could help us move, which I very much appreciated and made a stressful time much easier because of their help.

TFM were fantastic. Very quick and efficient from the start. They made sure everything would arrive in the same condition and wouldn’t leave until every piece of furniture was exactly where I wanted it to be. Very professional and also very friendly, even petted the dog a couple of times throughout the day who was confused about what’s happening. Highly recommend TFM!

I stored my american classic muscle car with TFM in a sealed sea container for 18 years. I can not recommend more, that for long term storage of a restored vehicle, sea container is definitely the way to go. I removed the vehicle 19August 2025 and was ecstatic the condition of the vehicle. It is 99% of the same condition that it went in 18 years ago. I owe this to TFM (Ralph) who kept such superb care of the container on their site for that long of time. Ralph and his team are excellent, customer focused and extremely knowledgeable in the way to properly store items from cars to furniture. I can't say thanks enough to TFM. Highly recommend them!

First-class service from the very first phone call. The team helped me arrange a last-minute date due to a rushed exchange and completion, taking away so much of the stress of moving. They were extremely professional and helpful when packing up my belongings into the container and storing them for three months. Just as helpful and efficient when unpacking everything into my new house—everything was exactly as I had packed it. Thank you to all the TFM team for packing up our house in London in February, storing the contents for 6 months while our house was being finished and finally delivering and unpacking all our furniture today.

The entire staff are always very cheerful, very helpful and nothing was too much.

Even reconstructing our Grandfather clock assembled cupboards and beds.

The team come prepared for all weather to insure our houses remained dry of muddy boots with protective covering before emptying the house in London and filling the new house.

What a brilliant company. They were so helpful in our two removals.Nothing was too much trouble. We used the storage facilities on both occasions and had piece of mind knowing our goods were secure. Would recommend these guys to anyone for both removals and storage. Thanks TFM.

I cannot recommend TFM Removals highly enough. We moved from the UK to Australia at quite short notice. Ralph helped me to work out the shipping size we needed which was 50% Less than other companies had quoted me. He was right, and it saved us a lot of money. He was also so helpful with practical advice regarding insurance and other things to prepare for the move. He called me several times to discuss details, which saved endless email chains and lots of time. Sarah was excellent at sending all the relevant customs paperwork and giving advice along the way. And the packing team were punctual, polite and really hard working. I was amazed how quickly they got everything packed and loaded. Sarah kept us updated as our shipment travelled to Australia and the team they employed this end to deliver and unload were also excellent. In a full 20ft container we had one very small breakage (a water tumbler). An incredible job all round. TMF Removals are so professional, honest and reliable. I’m so glad we used their service for our move. Thank you to the whole team for making our move to Australia so easy and for looking after all our possessions and precious memories so well.
