Worked in Turkey, but does not work in the UK. Their customer support is the most frustrating experience ever, it's like trying to ask a 3 year old for help, they refuse to understand or answer the question being asked and the best thing I did was delete the eSim and search for another provider.

Used textr eSim now over 5 times in the UK and Europe, and purchase the plan before I leave, it activates within approx 1 min of arrival to the destination country and has worked flawlessly. The reviews here seem suspect tbh, on Google play store they're generally reviewed fine so wanted to ensure people aren't listening to nonsense, because honestly, it just works, happy, and thank you!

Used it to juke walmart into giving me a plus trial for free delivery. Not a day after my account was compromised and they tried to order a 500$ apple card on my dime. Sucks to suck, 'cause I am paranoid as hell and keep my cashapp empty at all times unless in the moment of purchase. STAY FAR AWAY. ,.|..

I saw that they said that I could register apps from other countries through a virtual number. After I recharged, I found that I couldn't register at all. I tried to contact customer service to submit relevant information and apply for a refund. However, when I asked for a refund, no one responded to me. This is a naked scam.

Whiles they advertise working with certain Network Carriers, but they do not.

The eSim install is quick and fairly easy. However, not all the brandname carriers can be accessed with the eSim. (False advertisement)

Also there is no Company clarification on their Homepage! Illegal practice. Not allowed in EU and North America. Even though they advertise on those markets.

Beware! Textrapp is a Scam.

I had a terrible experience with Textrapp, and I feel it's my responsibility to warn others. After using their service for a few hours, my account was abruptly suspended without any valid reason. To make matters worse, there's no option for a refund.

It seems like Textrapp suspends accounts just to resell users' numbers. Shockingly, they claimed my account violated their terms, even though I hadn't done anything wrong. This practice is not only unethical but also a clear indication that Textrapp is not a trustworthy service.

100% Scam , they suspend your account after 1day or less and they say that they can't refund you cause your account avoid the term

This app just too bad, lack of functions comparing with other phone number apps. It clams to be a business-oriented app, but in fact it is not even robust in basic communication functions. Shameless and totally not worth the price.

When I signed up for their Textr Team plan, I selected the UK number. On the website, they showed unlimited calling and unlimited texts with a Star mentioning a Fair usage policy. I got it and bought their service. After signing up, it asked me to add $15 to add numbers to my account so I did. When I stepped ahead and selected the UK number, it showed me a different pricing of $0.01 Per minute for UK outbound calls. Still, I get it however it was against the pricing shown on the main website. When I got the number activated and dialled a UK number for just 10 seconds, my balance got deducted by $0.39. That's insane and totally the opposite of what I bought. So there are two frauds Textr is doing to the customers in my case:

1. They show unlimited calls and SMS in their flat pricing plan of $15 (a pretty good amount for a phone plan)
2. They show an additional $0.01 for a minute for making calls in the UK (still not a big amount)
3. Then they are charging $0.39 per minute

I would recommend avoiding these guys completely as they are scamming people with their attractive pricing and billing traps.

I have being using Textr since 2021 and indeed it's a great app and never to be disappointed.

I just started using my number with my business just yesterday and I couldn’t reply my customers today ..it’s saying number blocked and I just paid for another new month yesterday .. kindly reply me because my customers are waiting for me to reply them now .
