I went to buy a book from their website but it said they weren’t taking online payments and you had to contact them to pay. I needed this for a gift, but it has been over two weeks since i sent my first (of 3) emails/messages with no response. Complete waste of time :/

Completely ghosted me after purchase. Was due to arrive early November, received nothing beyond an order confirmation - no shipping details, didn’t respond to multiple emails. Ended up having to dispute the transaction with my bank, still haven’t heard anything. There’s still a pop up on their website from October that says they are moving warehouses, by now I’d assume they are going out of business (how big of a warehouse do you really need?). Shame as I ordered from them a while ago and it was a very funny gift. Buy at your own risk, if you want to go ahead I recommend using a credit card so your purchase is fully protected.

Product not received. Have contacted with no response. Terrible company and terrible customer service.

Contacted them to let them know that 2 items I had paid for had not been provided, and they have completed ignored every communication from me. Emailed approx 10 times, absolutely no response. Messaged their facebook page multiple times and just get an automated response telling me to email them.

Used to be good. Seems although it’s now been abandoned. Paid for next day delivery a while ago and nothing has turned up, no replies to emails. Other reviews say similar. Avoid.

Awful company. Ordered a potato in January for a relative's birthday and paid extra for the faster delivery. Birthday came and went and nothing was delivered. I had received a confirmation of order email, but no dispatch/shipping email. I emailed a week later, but no response. The online chat doesn't work. I emailed again after another week, but again no response. I looked them up on Companies House and the directors also have another website so I contacted them using the chat on the there instead. This did produce a response of sorts - they emailed that the parcel had been delivered that day, and supplied a vague, generic photo. I don't know where it was delivered, but it wasn't to the recipicent, nor was it within the 2-3 days given for delivery. I got the bank to start a chargeback to get my money back. Absolutely awful company - would not recommend the products, the service, or the after-care and I would not buy from them again

Terrible service. No emails when chasing order. Ordered a month ago and no response. No items. Won't use again.

Update: I never got any response. I did open an investigation trying to cancel the charge on my card. Next day, the package arrived (weeks late). So I’ll up it by one star but there wasn’t even a shipping notification. Not sure what’s going on with them.

They seem to have gone completely dark. No responses to emails at all. No order. No shipping notification. I guess I'll try disputing the charge on my card at this point. How sad.

Shocking. Paid for gifts and priority postage. Event gone and a week later and nothing g arrived. Sent 3 emails to the address specified in the site and guess what-no reply. Complete waste of money and shocking customer service.
This may have been good once but not anymore. Avoid at all costs!

I placed an order with this company and three weeks later the product still hasn't been delivered due to an issue with Royal Mail. They said they would re-deliver once Royal Mail returned the product to them - which I would need to pay extra for - but that was the last I heard from them. They've stopped responding to emails. Awful customer service.

I wish I had the option to give it zero stars because after sending 3 e-mails that's exactly what I've heard back from them, ZERO! Absolute joke. Save your money and don't bother.

I didn't receive the order I placed and despite contacting them via email and messenger 5 times I have had no response. Ver bad customer service, I would not recommend this company.

I ordered a photo potato with message. Absolute rubbish, some text written on it with a marker pen and a printed photo glued to it. I was given the impression the pictures were printed on the potato.
Should have saved my money and made it myself, or got my young child to make it.
Save your money, stay away!!!!

The delivery shopping experience was fine as I would expect. The item though was shrivelled and just a bit disappointing. The idea is great and fun but I threw it away. I didn't gift it as I had hoped I could. I suppose I should ask the question as to why I thought sending a potato to someone would be anything other than an old potato in a box

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Order arrived 4 weeks after placed and no one was responding to emails I thought the company had gone into administration. Very poor and no offer of returning the item that’s extremely poor quality. Would not recommend.

Ordered 2 and a half weeks ago and still not received my item. Sent them 2 emails and 2 instagram messages and been ignored. Awful customer service and scammers. Do not order from them.

The socks that I ordered for my dad's birthday, still didn't arrive after the promised 3-5 business day period. I still don't have any info about where they are.

Not to mention the extremely unprofessional and ignorant silence after I had to send 2 emails asking where the package is?... since they didn't send any delivery update emails after it was purchased.

Would not recommend at all. Paid for the surprise butterfly, have never been more disappointed. Absolutely waste of time it did not move. Had build such expectation and even filmed the absolute damp squid of a product

Hilarious products and even managed to get next day shipping when i ordered at 12pm the day before. My boyfriend loved it
