I'm being scammed like the rest of you. Ordered in April 1923 just got a email in Aug 1923 saying 3-6 weeks until delivery. I've already been waiting 4 months. Yes its a scam.

They only sent me part of my order which was a bunch of trinkets. They did not send me the big ticket item of a gold family crest tie pin. Tried emailing repeatedly....no answer and no tie pin. They scammed me over $200cdn. Grrrr This happened December 2019

Ordered two small crests for my sons as ancestry reminders prior to my departure.. AU$200 for a colour print I could have got at the local mall for a quarter of the price. Super disappointed. They did arrive however in good time.

Would like to give them -10 stars!!!! No product, no answers. Crooks

Sent the wrong item and will not back their products and lie when Paypal was asked to assist with getting what I ordered. I was told that I will not get what I ordered. This is a SHAME as I thought this person would be of caliber as he served in the Navy as my son did. We are a military family and I try to back all Vets. That is why I ordered from him.
BOY WAS I WRONG AND NOW I AM OUT THE MONEY FOR MY HUSBANDS VALENTINES DAY PRESENT THAT HE WAS SO SAD TO HAVE GOTTEN THE WRONG ITEM!

Terrible company. They took my order pretty fast along with my money and then nothing. I emailed them 3 times without any response. Please Please do NOT order from this website.

Ridiculous product. They requested that we tell them what color the crest was so they didn't have to look for one...basically. Told them it was red and it was for a 86 year old woman's birthday. It took over a month. They sent a proof that went into junk mail by a different name because we looked for it 2x a week to approve the proof. When it showed up it was too late for them to fix that hot mess. They put a graduation cap on top of the family crest!!! WHY? We were a bit embarrassed when mom received her confusing stupid looking gift. They should refund us. They never acknowledged the emails I sent asking why and telling them we hate it. Don't waste your money.

If there were Zero stars that’s what they would get. This place is a scam!! Been waiting on a family crest yard flag since March. You email them and when they finally get back to you after going around and around the basically told me they for got to print it. I get an email a few weeks ago and says I’m final process to be shipped. Email them again recently and no response. Almost 5 months still didn’t receive it. Now to contact BBB

This company is really ridiculous. They don’t respond timely in answering emails or fulfilling orders . Don’t bother ordering from them . You will be extremely disappointed. I have yet to receive an order that was placed three (3) months ago!!

I would be more than happy to write an updated review if/when I ever receive my order placed (and paid $99.95 for) on January 24th. I admit, as a woman in her 70’s I may have easily missed some small print stating “allow 5-10 weeks”. My first inquiry for status was made after about 4 weeks. The single sentence response of “ as stated online, allow 5-10 weeks” was curt and fell far short of having any basic customer service component.
It did leave me feeling that I was nothing more than an annoyance. My next inquiry was made on March 29th (the 10th week after placing my order). This was their response, dated 4/02:
I just got in contact with the company that hand stitches them and they are shipping them from overseas next week and once it arrives we will get it framed and send it to you.

Period - nothing more. I didn’t realize it was made “overseas”. We are now past the eleven week mark. I sent another email this morning asking where “overseas” it’s coming from, have they confirmed that it DID in fact ship last week as stated, what is the typical transit time to their US location, and what turnaround time should I expect for the framing process? Perhaps spending $100 on a gift is no big deal for most people. However, for a senior whose only income is from Social Security, it IS a big deal for me. Not once have I heard “thank you for your business” or “sorry for the delay” or for any inconvenience caused. I fully expect any answers I receive (IF I receive!) will be vague and ambiguous. I will wait for a response but am not hopeful. I will try to cancel and ask for a full refund if the level of service remains so poor. Note - I only discovered this today, but even the BBB says “be cautious in doing business with this company”.

Worst company out there, product was poorly done. My grandfather and father instructed me to use our family attorney..so ive contacted a lawyer. I may not get my money back but my family has enough money to waste on attorneys to put them out of business. I look forward to it

I bought a coat of arms from 4crests and it was great quality. The delivery was slow, yes, but it did arrive and was certainly worth the wait. How this company got so many bad reviews here, I really don't know.

Took me six months to receive my embroidered banners. One was not the right clan and I am trying to get my money back or at least the right clan coat of arms! Poor quality does not look embroidered! No phone number to call just an email.

This company SUCKS....don't order from them. They are not going to send you anything that even resembles the ring. It looks like something that would come out of a bubblegum machine. I am going to call my bank and declare fraud.

Wish I could give 0 Stars. These posts about the company being a scam are absolutely true. They are absolute crooks.

I ordered an item from them. Consequently I was billed for two. I wrote an email clarifying that I didn’t want two. After no response I wrote a follow up email. And another. Finally I received an email that said the two items were ready for shipping. I again wrote and explicitly said to not ship until one item is refunded because I only ordered one. Their response was “sorry we already shipped so we can’t refund”. (After I had sent 4 emails telling them I only wanted one).

I got my bank involved to refund the second item and thought it was over. Recently I’ve been receiving harassing emails from the company demanding that I pay for the item (the one I didn’t want that they sent anyway). I have told them it’s not my problem because I told them not to ship. Also that I will ship back if they send a label or refund my shipping charges. They continue to threaten to send collections (I responded with my emails stating to not ship and told them to make sure their bogus collections sees it).

These people are criminals. They charged me for items I didn’t order and try to force me to pay for them. Absolutely disgusting.

That "company" should not be in business. They are not professional. A coat of arms it is something we should be proud of it. Poor Customer Service without logic saying: "you did not specify the colors on the background in your order, the artist followed all of your request". I send them a picture of my Coat of Arms. The tree should be on blue, blue for blue sky not on red like they did and 2 blades on red, red for blood not on blue like they did. Just don't make sense what they did. They are not trustable. Safe your money and do business with another company. From now on, I'll will double check on some sites what is the reputation of the company before sending my money. I am not interested at all to deal with thieves.

Absolutely a scam company. wrong item sent EVEN with a specific description of what i needed. Then no response or attempt to fix the issue.

Customer service and response to emails is nonexistent. I would give them zero stars!
After my many emails went unanswered after five weeks I contacted my charge card company to dispute charges. Funny how the next day I received an email from the company saying unfortunately after extensive searching they were unable to find my coat of arms (though name was listed on their website) and they were refunding my money. If course they were refunding my money! The credit card company stopped payment to them.
Do not trust this company!!!!!

My experience with the company was pretty good. I ordered my items (a simple coat of arms on canvas, 2 of them) and gave them the country or origin. (Scotland)

Now... the time it’s going to take to make and ship your item is a bit confusing. When I ordered and checked out, it said I was paying for shipping for 3-5 business days. Just in time for A gift. Ordered on June 10th. After ordering I received an email saying they received my order and that there would be additional time needed to create my piece. (I mean yea I guess that would be common sense but you would think they would write that out before you ordered) Anyway, 9 days later I received confirmation that the order was being shipped and received it a day ahead of what tracking had expected. June 22nd.

Over all I’m satisfied with my order. Colors are vibrant, image is clear. Very nice piece on canvas. After reading some of the other reviews I got worried I may never receive my order or my money back. However that was not the case with this order. I would order from this company again.
