I'm so thankful to have found this program. Although I had read through the driving manual many times, it was difficult to remember all the details. Having something to challenge my knowledge kept my mind on track. The questions provided detailed information to grasp a full understanding in the concepts provided. I passed the class 1 knowledge test with ease thanks to this program. This will be my first recommendation to anyone pursuing a commercial driving license.

We can see that you contacted us about the final step, which is clearly marked as "Pass official written exam." Just to clarify, we provide test preparation materials only - we don't administer the actual official DMV tests, so we apologize if there was any misunderstanding about that.
Regarding your 70% completion rate, we notice this wasn't mentioned in your previous communication with us. Had you brought this to our attention, we would have been happy to explain that your completion rate would increase to 90-100% by reading and marking as complete the manual sections and downloading the cheat sheets we offer as part of the program.
We also see that you received a refund from us for the regular car premium you purchased, as we don't currently offer motorcycle premium plans. We hope this refund resolved your concerns but you are welcome to contact us directly at hello@tests.ca if you have any further inquiries.

I purchased the $80 monthly package to prepare for my Class 2 learner license exam. Overall, the experience was very positive—the practice materials were well-organized and closely matched the ICBC exam format. The questions covered about 80% of the content I saw on the real test, which really helped boost my confidence and understanding. While there were a couple of questions on the actual exam that weren’t included in the practice set, the package still provided a solid foundation for my preparation. I would recommend this resource to anyone looking to get ready for the Class 2 learner exam in BC.

There's no way to predict which specific questions each applicant will receive, but we do use the official manuals to prepare our tests, so all materials you may encounter are covered - though questions may be worded differently.

We understand your frustration, but it's important to keep in mind that the exam center keeps the actual exam questions confidential and randomly selects them from an extensive question bank, so there's no way to know which specific questions each applicant will receive. However, most of our customers report that the majority of questions on the real test are very similar to what they've seen in our program.
This is why it's crucial to fully complete our entire program and successfully pass all the tests we offer. Unfortunately, our system shows that only some of the tests were completed under your account, meaning not all the material was covered, which may have contributed to the challenges you experienced.
If you happen to remember any of the questions you hadn't seen before, we would greatly appreciate if you could share them (even if it's just the general topics or concepts) by emailing hello@tests.ca so that we could cross-check them with our program and continue improving our materials.

It took me 3 tries
It took me 3 tries, but I eventually passed my Class 3 w/ Air Brakes. I now have a better understanding of the system, as opposed to just memorizing numbers and terms.

Highly Recommend for New or Returning Drivers!
I recently used a 7-day practice learner’s course after passing my knowledge test in Calgary, and it made a huge difference in my confidence and understanding of the road rules. Even though I used to have a driver’s licence years ago, a lot has changed, and this course helped refresh everything clearly and simply.
The lessons were well-structured and easy to follow, with lots of practice questions that were very similar to the real test. I especially liked how it broke down trickier topics like right-of-way, road signs, and merging—things that can be confusing if you’re out of practice.
