Because Premium provides immediate access to digital content and features that cannot be returned once accessed, purchases are generally not eligible for refunds, particularly when the program has been used. To help users determine whether Premium is the right fit for their needs before purchasing, we provide free practice tests that can be accessed at no cost on our landing page.
We also offer multiple Premium plan options with different durations and price points, all of which are clearly displayed on the purchase page so users can choose the option that best matches their study goals and timeline.
Regarding your refund request and follow-up concerns, we did receive your additional message and reviewed it carefully. However, we must apply the same Terms and Conditions to all customers to ensure consistency and fairness. We also provided those terms during our correspondence, and they are available prior to purchase and must be agreed to before subscribing.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear that the questions on your official exam did not closely align with the ones we offer.
Please keep in mind that the actual ICBC exam questions are not publicly available. Our questions are based on the same materials used to prepare for official knowledge exam, so while the style and wording may differ, all of the material you will be tested on is covered in our program.
This is also why it is so important to complete all the tests we offer. Looking at your account, we noticed that several tests were either passed a while back or not yet successfully completed. We encourage you to revisit those and pass them again for the best chance of success on your official exam.

We do not seem to have your email address in this review, so we are not sure whether you had a Premium account or used our free sample tests. If you were using our free practice tests, please note that they are designed to give you a feel for the program and do not cover the entire manual the way our Premium plan does.
It is also worth keeping in mind that the actual exam questions are not made public — they are kept confidential and randomly generated from a large question bank, so there is no way to know exactly which questions each applicant will receive. That said, we base all of our questions on the official manuals, so everything you may encounter on your exam should be covered, though the wording may naturally differ.
If you happen to remember any questions from your exam that you did not come across in our program, we would truly appreciate it if you could send them over to us at hello@tests.ca — even a general idea of the question is helpful. We will cross-reference them against our question bank to make sure our practice materials are as comprehensive as possible for future test takers.

We do indeed honor our pass guarantee, which covers clients who have passed all practice tests on our platform but were unsuccessful on their official exam after providing us with the required documentation. As we explained in our responses to you, you successfully passed your official exam on your second attempt (the day after your initial attempt). Since you ultimately passed the exam, no refund is due as per our pass guarantee terms and conditions.
Regarding the questions you found misleading, our questions and answers are based on the official manual and have been thoroughly vetted before being added to the platform. We're not sure which specific questions you're referring to, but you're welcome to send details about them to us at hello@tests.ca so we can review them.
As for your comment about the free site, please keep in mind that our free sample tests do not cover the entire material necessary for proper preparation for the exam. The Premium version provides comprehensive coverage and additional features to support your success.

All our questions are based on official materials as well as feedback from test-takers who have been through their exam. While you may feel some questions are not directly related to your specific study goal or seem repetitive, they're included in the program to ensure comprehensive coverage of all material. The wording may differ from the official handbook, but the content and concepts remain aligned with what you'll encounter on the actual exam.
Regarding the comparison to free apps, we've put significant effort into ensuring our Premium tests are not only province-specific but also closely aligned with the official handbook and real exam experiences. The Premium package offers more than just access to tests—it includes our Pass Guarantee. If you complete all our practice tests but fail the real exam, we'll refund your money in full. By choosing Premium, you're investing in comprehensive preparation and the assurance of success.
Our questions are carefully reviewed before being uploaded to avoid repetition in our practice tests. However, questions may repeat in the Challenge Bank or Marathon features to reinforce learning. If you've noticed exact repetition within the practice tests themselves, please use our mistake report feature to flag the specific question, and our content manager will review it and respond.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your frustration. However, we're glad to hear that you ultimately passed your exam—congratulations!
We'd like to clarify a few points. We do have an extensive question bank covering all material necessary for your official exam. However, actual exam questions are confidential and randomly pulled from an extensive question bank, so there's no way to know which specific questions each applicant will receive. Still, our customers report that questions on the real test are very similar to ours, as both are based on the same source material.
Our pass guarantee requires successfully passing all our practice tests and providing official documentation showing you did not pass the real exam. However, from your communication several weeks ago, we understood that you had passed your official exam. Once the exam is passed, the pass guarantee refund no longer applies.
The Premium plan for commercial vehicles includes automatic renewal until canceled, as stated on the purchase page. We understand that you may have attempted to cancel it, and we apologize that we didn't receive your cancellation request. We received your renewal refund request yesterday and are happy to confirm the refund has been initiated.
