We want to address your concern about a possible scam—we can assure you this is not the case. Our website has clearly separated sections for regular car licenses and commercial vehicle licenses, each with their own premium packages and pricing. Based on our records, your purchase was for a 7-day regular car premium package for Classes 5 and 7. When you contacted us, we immediately offered you an upgrade to our 30-day commercial plan, which would cover Class 3 and Class 4 materials. Since we don't offer a 7-day commercial plan, the upgrade required an additional payment to match the 30-day commercial plan pricing.
We understand this may not have been the resolution you were hoping for, but we can only work within the parameters of our available packages and pricing structure.

Thank you for your feedback. We're happy to hear that our program has been helpful to you so far, and we completely understand the challenge of balancing study time with work and family responsibilities.
As for the pricing, we do extensive market research before setting our rates. We are a private company that is not affiliated with or funded by the government, and a lot of time and effort goes into maintaining and updating our question database on a daily basis. Our Premium version offers multiple advantages over our free sample resources to ensure you're getting the best possible preparation.
We try to cater to different needs and budgets, which is why we offer several Premium packages at various price points. Some of these are more cost-effective than our 7-day crash course. If you need more time to study and would be interested in upgrading to our more cost-effective 30-day Premium package, please contact us directly at hello@tests.ca at your earliest convenience and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

We have carefully reviewed your explanations. Unfortunately, as outlined in our terms and conditions and as we mentioned in our previous communications, refunds are not available once the program has been purchased and used.
Our system shows that the vast majority of practice tests on your account were completed (all except 3), which confirms that the program was actively used. While we understand your concerns, we are unable to make an exception to our refund policy in this case.

Thank you for your feedback.
We understand your pricing concerns, but we believe our prices are reasonable considering that you get access to all the practice tests, exams, and marathons. Our cheat sheets and challenge bank included with the Premium package contain proprietary information not available for free.
A lot of time and effort goes into maintaining and updating our database of questions on a daily basis, and careful market research is performed prior to setting our prices. We also offer longer-term premium plans which you may find to be more cost-effective than the 7-day option.

As for the questions being different, it's important to understand that the actual exam questions are not public - they are kept confidential and are randomly selected from a large question bank. There's really no way to know which specific questions each applicant will receive. However, we do use the official manuals to prepare our tests, so all the material you may encounter on your exam is covered, though questions may be worded differently.

We are sorry to hear you feel this way. We don't seem to have any previous communication from you - were you not successful on the exam, or did something else go wrong?
It's important to understand that the exam authority keeps the actual exam questions confidential and randomly selects them from an extensive question bank. There's no way to know which specific questions each applicant will receive, though our customers report that most questions on the real test are very similar to what they've seen in our program.
That's why it's important to fully complete our program and successfully pass all the tests we offer. Unfortunately, our system shows that only 2 marathons were completed under your account.

It's important to understand that the actual exam questions are not made public; they are kept confidential and are randomly selected from a large question bank. There's no way to predict which specific questions each applicant will receive. However, we do base our practice tests on the official manuals, so all the topics that may appear on your exam are covered, though the questions themselves may be worded differently.
