Terrace Fruits Recensioni

High quality plants delivered promptly and in good condition. Good sized polants and good value for money.

Very quick fulfilment. Trees look good

Excellent products and very well packed. Add to this a very good delivery service and this means your plants arrive in tip-top condition. My third purchase and no problems at all.

Good choice of citrus, hopefully should survive mild UK winter

Accurate timing and the trees delivered were in fantastic conditions.

Terrace Fruits made every effort to answer my questions. Even held my order until the weather improved. Top marks !!

Trees arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The free cherry tree was a very nice bonus.

Wonderful big healthy plants. Really well packed too - one survived being tipped upside down by the delivery man with no loss of limb... Really excited that the Buddha's hand came with buds on! Recommended

very quick delivery, good communication and at a fair price

I'm giving this supplier 5 stars....because they made a mistake! Unfortunately, they stuck a 'This way up label on the package in the wrong orientation. Not surprisingly, the plant concerned ended up having a rough ride! It ended up pretty much bare rooted and out of its pot on arrival, and on one side a number of the branches had been broken. I repotted and trimmed off the broken branches. Plant will survive although it looks a bit unbalanced.

I sent pictures more to try and help highlight the potential problem, rather than anything else, and the customer service was highly responsive and efficient, resulting in the delivery of a replacement within a few more days.

These people are a pleasure to deal with, have some awesome plants, and when things go wrong, they genuinely put in the effort to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently.

A special thanks to the team who dealt with my problem. Thankyou.

Lovely plants, healthy, juicy thick green leafs on the lemon trees I ordered, well packed for posting- thank you

super attentive over email, helped me lots and answered many questions! Shipped very quickly, and tree arrived completely perfect with no problems. Nothing could be better!

The team at Terrace Fruits are amazing, I have been putting together a beautiful citrus tree collection this summer all thanks to them. First class service. The best communication.

Well delivered.
Beautifully packaged with no damage to the plants.

This is my second order as the first trees were so good. They look lovely on my patio now i have repotted them. Trying to find some more space for more of them.
