A website fuul of lies, the ring I bought is nopt copper, was shipped from China. Terrible customer service, terrible product that are not even copper. Do not buy

I ordered an anklet and a cuff bracelet. Anklet is not attractive at all. Instead of the cuff I was sent a bangle that looks like it was suited for a very small person.
I've emailed support at least 5 times. Absolutely no response.
I'm so disappointed in myself for being scammed. Typically when ordering anything advertised on FB, I read reviews -but I did
not on grace's copper site- but on sites like Trust pilot.
The ad on FB is very appealing. Don't get fooled! I spent about $85. AND the packaging for the bangle identified ITEM as STAINLESS STEEL. OMG.
My only options were to post a review and Next I will contact my bank to see if I can be reimbursed.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is NOT an upscale copper jewelry store like the website would lead you to believe. The jewelry is crap and comes from China via YANWEN Express. If you try to return the jewelry it’s impossible! You can only request a return label via email that they don’t respond to. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I regret that I did!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. Keep emailing time after time bunch of thieves.
They say return no questions asked 😅🤣.but they never reply. The 2 bracelets are lovely but one too big for my wrist so wanted to return. MY ADVISE ...DONT ORDER FROM THESE THEIVES. Gonna report to trading standards as Grace's Copper don't have any. 😡😤

Horrible company! I ordered a copper bracelet. Received a gold one in a completely different style. I have been in a 14 email conversation with them & they still won't let me return the wrong bracelet they sent. Offer a 20% store credit etc..but they are DOING NOTHING to make it right. Buyer beware & steer clear of this company!

Ordered 4 items. 2 items faulty, 1 non as per description. I bought lifetime warranty. I have emailed 4 times trying to resolve, not got any response, been trying for over a month. I do not recommend

I ordered a ring but when I tried to track it I had a message stating order could not be found. Sent message via on line form with no response. Tried to e mail but unable to send. I googled the e mail address and it is not legit. The ring has now arrived. It came in a nice box, and looks ok. Time will tell if it’s pure copper. This company needs to sort out their tracking and customer service.

I ordered a ring and a necklace. They delivered the wrong necklace. I emailed asking for them to send the right one but they never replied.
Then I discovered that the ring reacts to a magnet which if it were pure copper as the website « guarantees » it wouldn’t. I emailed again and asked for a refund and again heard nothing.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this firm.

I purchased an adjustable copper bracelet and was sent a solid one. I have emailed five times so far, as the site claims "100% guarantee". I requested a return label and for the product I actually ordered to be sent and have gotten nothing but run around. One customer service rep actually offered me a partial refund and to keep the bracelet sent, ridiculous, if I wanted this one I would have ordered it.

Took a while to receive. Item was broken and emailed them 3 times and used their online contact to no avail.
You can only contact them by their dedicated help bot or email. I have tried this several times and have had no reply. So there is no way of contacting them.
Avoid this company.

Update: still no response. Raised a dispute through my bank and they’ve refunded my money.

Seems several companies with same copper jewellery operate and all have complaints re no contact. I thought this company was based in London as it gives that as address but I doubt that very much now.
