Great, I couldn't find what I needed elsewhere but tentspares had it. Received after just a few days. Highly recommend them. Thank you.

Wrong cord size advertised
Ordered the 2.5mm replacement pole cord but it was actually 2.00mm.
I double checked using a vernier and micrometer.
Had to order the 3.00mm cord which was in fact actually 2.5mm when measured.

What a fabulous company
What a fabulous company. They repaired my broken tent pole, fitted a new angled ferrule and shaped it to the correct angle for my Outwell birdland 3 tent for which you cannot buy spares . I would highly recommend them. They did this while I waited.
