Tent Spares Recensioni

The tents spares staff understood exactly what I wanted. They provided me with a quotation to have the repair done by them and they also gave me the direct link to the item so that I could order it and complete the repair my self.

Delivery was less than 48 hours from point of order and there was not any unnecessary packaging.

Great to find you to supply the lost poles for our khyam awning that you delivered in two days

Quick, good value and exactly what was ordered. Very good!

Easy selection of the correct replacement spare part, prompt delivery and reasonable purchase and delivery cost.

This is the second time I have used Tent Spares. Service is excellent, however some effort is required to cut to length etc. This was not an issue for me as I am reasonably handy on the tools.

Ordering process was straight forward, cost was competitive and part came as described.

Due to an error in ordering the incorect replacement tent poles I messaged Tent Spares, and they very quickly resolved my issue and the correct poles have been despatched and are currently enroute.
I have returned the incorrect poles for credit.
As a result i am very happy with the excellent service provided by Tent Spares

tent poles arrived quickly and seem just the same as my existing poles, except not broken. easy to fit after watching a video

Great site to order from, was a fast service too so therefor I will be using these again in the furure

Small error on order that was resolved by tent spares with no problem. That was after we had made a mistake on our original order and had to cancel it! Great customer service from Sue who sorted us out both times.

You had what we wanted and delivered it quickly. It will be 6 months before we test it, but it matches the broken pole so we don't expect any issues.

Really bright guy ropes, so not tripped over yet! However two of the four have been chewed by squirrels! I have sprayed vinegar on them to try to save them. They are long enough to still work luckily. Otherwise I would have to buy some more from them! Arrived promptly.

Very happy with purchase. Needed a couple of new poles after wind damage during the summer holidays. Tried different places with no luck. I found Tentspares and found exactly what I was after. A bonus was the spare elastic. Not needed just now, though may need in the future. Very easy to order and delivery was very quick. Will definitely be a return buyer as I have a variety of tents and all in the stock. 😁

Fast delivery, high quality tent poles (have used them already).

Quick delivery and all the parts we ordered (pole repair kit and pole elastic) we’re good quality and in well thought out kits.

Arrived quickly and was an exact match for the pole we needed to replace. Used this weekend and did the job

Replacement tent pole arrived promptly and worked as required.
