Efficient, thorough, reliable

Tenders UK supported us with a bid for a NHS contract which was put out to public procurement. . Tom and David were very thorough and spent a lot of time getting to know us and our business, resulting in excellent material for our bid. They structured our content in each area to ensure that what we were saying fully met the criteria within a tight word limit. The delivery of tender was dealt with in a fast and professional manner. The conference calls were well structured and I feel that they helped us and Tenders UK to realise our unique selling points. Right up to final submission date Tenders UK provided an honest, professional and friendly service. Can't rate them highly enough.

We successfully used Tenders UK to write a Tender for us 5 years ago. When needing two Tenders written again we did not hesitate to contact them. They did so much research for our Tender's and also spent hours talking to us about our company. Having previously used Tenders UK to successfully write our tender response for us, we have now used them twice on a consultancy basis.
With this, they read all the necessary documentation and then issue a structure for us to write the tender response against. We will write the first draft and then return it to them to evaluate, they will make recommendations for changes and additions and send it back. This process is repeated several times until we are both happy with it.
Through this, we have had amazing feedback on our tender submissions, with one of our now clients informing us they had no option but to give us full marks for sections of our response due to the way it had been written!

I found the team really approachable. We spent 6-8 hours speaking to over the phone; they listened and understood our position well. They were efficient with translating this into our tender documents. Tom Naish who was our main point of contact must be congratulated in his gentle approach putting us at ease. Stephen T was also a precise member of the team, leaving no stone unturned.

Adam Kettle was appointed as our contact. Our requirement was for assistance with our submission bid for an Engine Repair/Overhaul tender opportunity placed by Babcock on behalf of UK MOD. We found Adam and his team to be very diligent and extremely focused and patient. His breadth of understanding of the MOD requirements is extensive. We submitted our Tender Bid yesterday and have very high confidence in being awarded the contract but without his lead and input and assistance overall with both the Mandatory Questions and the Draft Quality Plan, we would have "overlooked" the actual requirements of the contract terms and focused on what we wanted them to know - there is a huge difference!! so our grateful thanks to the Tenders UK team.
