Charlie always looks after us. Service and quality are good enough to occasionally overlook the price (always there or thereabouts), you can't put a price on a delighted client, but you can put a cost on a dissappointed one!!

I haven't even received my items yet, only just placed the order. Have been going back and forth with Nikki wanting lots of changed - could not be happier with her patience and willingness to make any changes I want even if it meant dragging this on for over 2 weeks! Very knowledgeable and honest about what would be best for my needs, ensured I was 100% happy with the designs before she let me pay - really really good service and fantastic first experience.
