We have the wooden camping play set and it is such a gorgeous toy. My kids love it. They haven't had it for long but it seems to be great quality and the details are so cute. The company uses non-toxic paint etc which is important to me. I think they'll play with this for a long time.
What an absolutely terrible company with cheap products. This company claims to use all wood in their products, but it is actually just cheap mdf - not wood. Mdf is a wood-derived product, not wood. Misleading and false. When I asked for a refund, they refused and changed their return policy. Total scam. Avoid at all costs.
Jeg gir kun en stjerne. Har brugt mange penge på dukkehus møbler og dukkerne til for så at se at dukkerne bl.a ikke kan komme ind i brusekabinen, er for lange til senge osv . Ikke ok 👎👎👎👎
We loved Tender Leaf Toys until we realised that their quality is not reflected on the price. We believe things are made from cheap mdf which easily bloats and cracks so called ‘wooden’ toys. Wood is wood and mdf is mdf, two different things in my opinion. Upon contacting the customer service team for replacement of parts of cracked items which were not even soaked in water (not sure how they got in touch with liquid to crack that badly - possibly my little one put in mouth? Really not sure but def. not soaked in liquid well enough to justify the damage) I was asked to pay £10 for shipping to a UK address. To my understanding Evri and Royal Mail do shipping for as little as £3.
Bought a play kitchen for my son and within the first minute of him playing he poured water in the sink part (of course - its a kitchen so they replicate adults), and all the wood bloated and broke. I asked tenderleaf (via scandiborn) who refused compensation a return because handling liquid is not its intended use. I find that quite outrageous; It's a play kitchen - either make it waterproofed or don't sell play kitchens.
