Efficient and good value for money
They were able to come asap once I got in contact with them, the team worked really hard to clean some dirt they weren't necessarily expecting. They arrived later than expected but more than made up for it by staying longer than the allocated time. I would definitely use them again as it was value for money, and a friendly and professional service.

Very disappointing service
We booked this company for an end-of-tenancy clean and unfortunately the experience was very poor. The cleaner arrived over an hour late, which forced us to leave the key under a plant pot so they could access the property, creating an unnecessary security risk.
The cleaning itself was far below professional standard. Carpets still had debris, bathrooms (basins, mirrors, toilets) were dirty, and surfaces, skirting boards, windowsills and windows were dusty. There were cobwebs throughout cupboards, corners, and radiators, and appliances such as the dishwasher, fridge and fireplace had not been cleaned.
When we complained, they offered a “complimentary” re-clean only if we paid the full amount upfront, which we felt was unreasonable given the first experience.
We would recommend not paying upfront and checking the work carefully before payment.

We take all feedback seriously; however, your account omits several key facts.
First, the original end-of-tenancy cleaning service remains unpaid. Despite this, we still offered a full complimentary re-clean as a goodwill gesture to address your concerns—something that goes beyond our standard obligations.
Second, our Terms & Conditions (agreed at the time of booking) clearly state that payment is required upon the team’s arrival and before work begins. This applies to both initial services and any re-cleans. Your request to withhold payment until after completion is not a condition we accept under any circumstances.
Third, you declined the re-clean under these terms and asked us to close the case. This is important context, as it means the resolution we offered was not refused by us—but by you.
We also note that access to the property was arranged by leaving keys unattended outside. While we understand the situation, this was not instructed by us and falls outside our responsibility.
Our position remains:
• A full re-clean was offered
• Clear and standard payment terms were communicated
• The service remains unpaid
• The case was closed at your request
We remain confident that our resolution was fair, reasonable, and in line with industry standards.

The end of tenancy cleaning was excellent. The team was professional, efficient, and left the property spotless. Feel incredibly let down
Feel incredibly let down, paid for a full end of tenancy clean. First team didn't turn up after waiting nearly 1.5hrs for them to arrive. 2nd team arrived later that afternoon, who were lovely and set to work straight away but unfortunately a lot of areas were missed and not done properly. Had to dust and go over some of the skirting so feel I could have done a better job myself and be £700 better off! Will be following up once I know how much deposit I will loose.

• Following your initial complaint, we promptly offered a complimentary re-clean in line with our Terms and Conditions.
• At that time, you confirmed that the keys had been returned to the estate agent and that you had cleaned certain areas yourself, which meant our team could not access the property to inspect or rectify the alleged issues.
• Because the re-clean was declined and the property altered, we were unable to complete the formal corrective process.
• Our policy provides a re-clean as the corrective remedy; compensation is not offered in place of this process.
We remain committed to reviewing any formal documentation from your landlord or letting agent confirming a specific deposit deduction directly attributable to cleaning deficiencies. Without such evidence, the opportunity for further action cannot be reopened.
We strive to provide professional, timely, and high-standard cleaning services, and we take all complaints seriously. Unfortunately, in this instance, the re-clean process was not able to be completed due to circumstances beyond our control.

Amazing job done with professionalism and kindness
It was extremely quick and easy to book the service online, which I also asked to rearrange many time and they helped me with no problems. I was sent by email, WhatsApp and text message an extremely detailed quote and numerous reminder. The team was extremely polite and organised. They arrived earlier than planned, but they were happy to wait for me since I was out of the house. They were quick, but still did an amazing job on a very dirty end of tenancy flat. It looked sparkling and the kitchen hood, oven and shower were shining when finished and the flat smelt so clean! I was extremely satisfied. Thanks again to the team

Arranged with Tenancy Cleaning to clean an end of contract moving out of two bedroom flat. Mohammed turned up on time with his team.
It was an extensive deep clean due to the tenant being there for over a decade. Mohammed video’d the before and after so that we have a record.
We were very impressed with the resulting clean and would very much recommend Mohammed and his team to others.
