Super fast service, great follow up. The team was super proactive in getting our order processed. Tekmart even personally delivered our item because it was too sensitive to go through a normal courier.

- Item arrived *very* quickly, as ordered, in working condition.

However, inappropriate choice of words and demeaning comment is not and has never been a strength to advance an argument or resolve an issue-infact, it's a sign of weakness. Since there is no name attached to this review, we are unable to locate an order attached to it and maybe reach out to understand why one would have to use such strong language.

Astonishingly good service.
I was looking for a very rare and specialist part for almost 6 months. I looked everywhere, I even contacted Dell South Africa directly and was willing to pay for a new replacement part. Nothing.
10 minutes on the line with Tekmart, and not only did they make a plan for a part that wasn't even a stock item, they gave it to me at a great price, and it was available a day after request. BRILLIANT company, BRILLIANT service, and even a check-in afterwards to confirm everything was in order.
Easiest 5 stars I could ever give.
