Teeturtle provided me with the best customer service that I have had in a very long time. Thank you Shelby for going above and beyond to put right the problem I had encountered with delivery. You get 10 out of 10 from me Teeturtle. Absolutely Fabulous.

Habe mehrmals vor ca. 5 Jahren bestellt und vor kurzem eine neue Bestellung getätigt.

Die Qualität der Shirts ist derzeit einfach nur schlecht und billig. Eines der bestellten Cotton Shirts besteht zu 50% aus Elastan. Alle Shirts sind von so schlechter Qualität, dass sie selbst in doppelter Lage durchsichtig sind und selbst das bestellte Premium Cotton Shirt ist dünn und durchsichtig. Der Aufpreis hierfür ist ungerechtfertigt.
Ich Vergleich zu damals ein drastischer rückschritt.

2 Sterne verleihe ich für die weiterhin schönen Muster.

I ordered 2 tee shirts from their site. Within a few days I got a “shipped” notification, but the package never made it to the delivery service (UPS). Six weeks later, they don’t respond to emails, and I’m going through my bank to report the charges as fraudulent.

TeeTurtle has a huge selection of wonderful, witty, colourful, cute/beautiful designs. But the shirt neck on mine went through two washes and is wrinkly and warped. It's very sad to have a shirt whose design I LOVE but which I'm embarrassed to wear because of the neckline. I'd pay more for good quality material.

edit: I was contacted by TeeTurtle support and am now wearing a shirt with a good neckpiece. It seems my earlier shirt was an anomaly. The shirt I received in replacement has no such problems. Thank you TeeTurtle!

Update: Thank you for reaching out. I have had contact with one of their customer service employees and I am beyond surprise with what they are doing for me now. I will try to order again now :)

Apparently after contacting their customer service, the website often makes a mistake in converting your address to their system (even if you enter it correctly). This happened to me too.

The package was therefore sent with an incorrect address (house number was missing). Subsequently, the package did not arrive and it was returned to Teeturtle. Contacted their customer service, they indeed admitted their mistake and said that this often goes wrong in their system. She was going to send a new package. Then another employee of theirs picked up the ticket, did not read the ticket and unthinkingly resent the package, again without a house number (while the address itself was explicitly included in the ticket so that they would not make the same mistake again.

Package did not arrive and was stranded in a DHL warehouse in Germany. They do not send it back to Teeturtle (no idea why not, because they cannot be reached by email or telephone).

I have been trying to contact Teeturtle for 3 months now, they ignore every email I send.

I went to Otakon and discovered this amazing brand. They have such great options for shirts in various sizes and I was so excited to get myself a con shirt, but they were out of my size. I thought all was lost, but decided to contact customer service and see if they would help me find a solution. Not only did I find several other designs on their website that I wanted, but they helped me find a viable solution to getting the con shirt I wanted. I cannot recommend them enough! The shirts are a great price, the designs are awesome, the customer service team is friendly and responsive... Does it get better than this? Thank you so much for everything! I am so appreciative and can't wait to get the rest of my shirts in the order I made.

I had kick-started command of nature and there was an issue with a few cards missing. Unstable games and tee turtle were amazing in the handling of the issue. If your looking for fun games to play from a good company I highly recommend them.

I have been a fan of theirs since 2013. All of their designs are super adorable and ive gotten so many compliments on my shirts. They have always been super nice and helpful when having to deal with the staff for any issues. About 90% of my t-shirts are from here. They are all super comfy. And I try to take care of the design(like any tshirt) to make sure it lasts as long as possible. They do shirts for all occasions(halloween being my fav) and plus have licensed shirts too. And also donate to charities. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

I love this company. I admit, I had dropped off on the shirts but I'm back with a vengeance. Can't wait for my new Halloween shirts to come in. Also, very excited to see they expanded the product you can buy. Can't wait to be able to get long sleeved Christmas designs.

I had some problems with shipping and taxes, due to som missing information in the barcode on the package. It cost me som extra money upon package arrival in my country (in Europe). I wrote to costumer service at TeeTurtle to get a refound of the paid taxes, but instead they refunded the full amount of my additional costs. I am blown away by this level of costumer service, it was so much more that I hoped for. Will definitely buy from them again.

Paid priority shipping on June 16 2024. Only received 2 of my 9 items. Sent several emails and over 1 month later still no items and no response yet.

I have sent emails regarding my package. I only received half of the items I ordered. Noone responded to me yet after more that a week.

Ich habe bereits viele Sachen von Teeturtle und war bisher zufrieden und liebe die süßen Designs, jedoch hat die Qualität ein wenig nachgelassen oder ich hatte einfach Pech mit ein paar Sachen. Zudem habe ich für meine Bestellung 80€ bezahlt wo VAT eingerechnet war (sprich automatisch ein teurerer Preis für alle Artikel) und musste dennoch stolze 28,22€ an Zoll bzw. Einfuhrsteuer + Auslagepauschale bezahlen. Das sollte eigentlich nicht passieren und es handelte sich um einen Fehler. Der Support konnte mir da zum Glück weiterhelfen :)

Purchased shirts that were on sale for 9-12USD each. They were shipped to Canada and I was required to pay GST upon arrival. The shirts were reported for their full price of 24-25USD each, and so I was required to pay GST on the full price of each shirt as opposed to the accurate total I paid. Since TeeTurtle doesn’t receive any of the money I was taxed, they basically just made be pay twice the tax on items they inaccurately described in the shipping details. This was my second order, but it will also be my last.

TeeTurtle did some amazing customer service today. They did 60% off everything the day after my last order (2 unicorn shirts, naturally) and when I mentioned it they refunded me the difference. I’m flabbergasted.
I’m a big fan of their shirts, they wear well but are light enough that I don’t swelter in humid climates.

TeeTrutle provides cute and nerdy stuff like T-Shirts, Plushies and Stickers.
I bought some funny T-Shirts and I love them. The quality seems good and they are comfortable. One of my Shirts arrived later because it got stuck in customs, I thought it got lost and contacted their support team. They were super friendly and helpful. I already put in my next order :)

If I could give it ZERO, I would!

I ordered from this site on the 19th of May. I sent numerous e-mails because my items still hadn't shipped within the next two weeks. Finally on June 4th I was responded to. They refunded me shipping and provided me a tracking number. The tracking number links to DHL that says my package still hasn't even been picked up for shipping. I've since asked for a full refund (two days ago now) and have received no response. BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered and it took longer than expected. Items received and it was exactly as advertised.

I managed to input a shipping address I haven't had for many years and only noticed the day my order was due to deliver. I reached out to TeeTurtle to ask about my options for recourse - then I realized the shirts I ordered were final sale. I fessed up to customer service and thanked them, but I'm a reasonable person and didn't expect a refund for shirts that were final sale. I've worked in retail and I own a business. AND the address was my mistake anyway. So I placed a new order with the right address and loved the shirts I received. The original package finally made its way back to their warehouse and they asked if I was sure about not wanting the refund. I said no thanks. And then they emailed me a gift card for their shop for the amount I paid. So unnecessary, but kind and very exciting. I'll definitely use the gift card. And I'll buy again with my own money. I can't promise you'd have the same outcome, but the whole point is to be kind to CS. You never know what they might be able to do for you.

I've always enjoyed the designs of TeeTurtle and had finally worked up to making a purchase for myself. The shirts are generously true to size and very comfortable. The graphics look amazing on both shirts and stickers. Stickers are a very high quality.
Unfortunately, one of my shirts did end up arriving damaged, but that allowed me to experience their stellar customer service. I quickly sent them an email and within 24 hours they made an order to send me a replacement.
I look confidently forward to enjoying future products.
