I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Tectake, and I can honestly say they went above and beyond my expectations. From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding. I had an issue with my order, and not only was it handled quickly, but it was resolved in such a brilliant and efficient way that I was left genuinely impressed.

A special mention goes to Thea, the customer service agent who assisted me. She was incredibly attentive, responsive, and professional. Every message was answered promptly, with care and attention to detail. She made sure I felt listened to and valued as a customer, which is something you don’t often find these days.

The experience left me amazed and completely satisfied. Their dedication to customer happiness is truly remarkable, and because of that, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Tectake’s products and service. Not only is their range of products excellent, but the way they stand behind them with such great support makes purchasing from them a real pleasure.

This kind of service makes me want to come back again and again, confident that I’ll be taken care of if anything ever arises. A huge thank you to Tectake and especially Thea for turning what could have been a problem into a genuinely positive experience!

Contacted customer services about the black paint blistering & peeling off of the underside of patio table glass panels. Purchased 2 years ago at a cost of £400 & it's covered every winter. Sent them photos to evidence problem. Their response was that "this can sometimes happen". It shouldn't. The paint is obviously not fit for purpose as this never happened to my previous table in 20 years!!.
They offered replacement glass panels FOR ME TO BUY!
I don't think so 🤬

Quick delivery, really pleased with my beauty therapy couch, looks really good quality for the price. Easy to assemble and fold up again.

Delivered in the time specified. Slight damage to one of the chairs but was replaced straight away following an email. Chairs are comfy. Table top being black glass gets very hot in the sun so have to use a cloth. Pleased so far.

Excellent quality 'Cantania' corner garden sofa and table - easy to put together, very comfortable with thick cushions and it looks so expensive! We did have a couple of hiccups with the delivery, but Customer Service were outstanding - nothing was too much trouble and the communication was on the ballat all times - Thea particularly so! I would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone.

We bought 2 sofas and 2 chairs for our patio. The quality is very good and are very comfy and the Price was excellent and they were delivered a week after placing order.

Ordered a garden set direct from Tectake much cheaper than it was being sold through stores.
The product was shipped from Germany but unfortunately the glass was broken in transit. Quick email and a replacement was sent immediately. Fab customer service and a really good quality product.

These insect screens are amazing,
I have them all over my house.
My husband has cut them to size & I chosen to secure them to the windows with stick on hook & loop tape.
No flies or bugs in the rooms, just a lovely cool breeze.
I love these screens, brilliant idea & I can see them lasting for years.

We like the insect screens that are easy to customise/trim and fit to our window recesses. We started with one but now have six fitted to our house.
