Delivery was much slower than stated but goods were being delivered from Germany so I already thought delivery time of 3-5 work days was ambitious so this wasn't a problem for me. It was good that all 4 items were delivered together. Slight problem with reclining chair cable mechanism. Easily contacted Tectake and the issue was resolved very quickly by Thea. I would definitely use this company again.

The chair is in a permanent lying back position and the seat base is tilted up at the front, which is digging into the back of my thigh, causing an abrasion area. This all makes it a bit difficult for me to work at my computer comfortably. I wish I'd kept my old office chair now

Excellent communication with despatch information, however, goods arrived in badly torn packaging in several places on box. Luckily the product was not damaged.
Instructions (photos on instruction book) was not clear.

Pre-sale help was excellent : a response to my query was given fast. The product quality is beyond expectations for a very affordable price.
The fly roller blind is now in place .

Excellent customer service

Very quick delivery. Only issue as with other reviewers is, as cushion fabric waterprooof and slippy they do tend to slide about and back cushions fall over so I will have to put some velcro on them to keep in place. Very comy

I had one of these already installed in my kitchen but the clips at the top had broken so decided to go for the original one. Fits so much better than the one I got from B&Q. Easy install for anyone with a bit of diy knowledge snd skill

Bought greenhouse and patio furniture.Patio furniture arrived on time and building it was pretty straight forward.Greenhouse was two weeks late,one package came two weeks late.Building it was pretty difficult, the instruction manual was a bit vague and the detail was too small.I had to get a magnifying glass to see it.

This is the third time I have changed my review, first of all the items were late and no updates supplied, they called me after the review was put up and offered me a £20 refund and also under the understanding I changed my review, which I accepted.
The £20 didn’t arrive this well over 2 weeks ago, now they are saying they have paid it, but I can confirm it haven’t received it. Please don’t take their word for anything as it never happens.

Underneath I have left my edited review that was supposed to be 4*, but obviously not worth it.

This company was recommended by a family member.
Great customer service, they call when they say they will and only received the loungers one day later than expected.
THe wheel has broken off already and not even a week old, probably just received a dodgy one, which happens and wasn’t used much due to the unpredictable weather, but a new wheel is being posted as I write this review, can’t complain at that.
