I’ve been using Teambuildr for years. I love how they are always adding new features, and any time my clients or I have had any issues, support has always been very quick and helpful.

I get answers to my questions. They don't just have an FAQ page or video library you have to search for your unique question. They are very helpful. Our training sessions are incredibly more productive while using Teambuildr.

The platform is great, i’ve been working with Teambuildr 3-4 years and my job is more easy and professional. Maybe the possibility of edit the excercises inside a saved program would be good. And Put Spanish Language for Latin America would be good too.

The customer service is fantastic and often responds in minutes with answers to my questions. You can tell that they are a company that understands the unique demands on coaches.

The TeamBuildr software has definitely made periodization programming a lot simpler with my teams. I have been able to save time and provide more in depth demonstrations with exercise technique.

Beyond expectations
I have the utmost praise for the personal service I have received so far from TeamBuildr and Chris has been simply "over the top" with my expectations from our communications and the help he has provided.
It would be wonderful if the "progress report" (under "Coach Tools" / "Reporting") could show the year too, as some of our measurements are 3-4 years old (currently it shows the month and day).
Also, under "Assessment Reports", exercises that can be included need a "tag." Currently, exercises that fall under "Lifts" can be assigned tags to use for the Assessment Report, but exercises under "SAQ+C" do not offer tags. When will that be possible? For my purposes, the Assessment Report is an extremely handy and visually friendly way to let my pupils see their progress and having them in quantitative values (percentages), is easy for everyone to understand.

The instructor was great at helping, but the programming seems to be more puzzling on how to go in and out of a clients book with workouts. I wish it was more windows based that everything was about the athlete (building the program, setting it on their calendar, notes between coach and client and thats it

Teambuildr is user friendly. Allows practitioners to be more efficient with programming and tracking. There is always prompt support whenever we require it.

Great product, great customer service

CSCS study is an amazing tool and worth every penny. As a fitness professional in collegiate scenario this course has been a great way to stay on top of my studying while managing life & work. Thank you for taking the time to put this course together. All the coaches, staff and customer service big Shout out!

We use Teambuildr for our middle school "Pony Power" program and have over 150 kids using it daily. We like it because of how well our kids can access and use the app. Having their personalized program sets us above even our high school programming. We see great results. My only negative is not being able to figure out some features and trouble navigating some areas. I would still recommend this to other school programs.

The product is excellent and the customer support is outstanding.

It is very convenient to use and the record keeping is great. The only issue we seem to be having is that we use ChromeTabs, the program quits a lot and we have downtime getting signed in after the shutdown. Probably not your software, most likely it's the ChromeTabs.
