Teach Rex are fantastic!
What an experience for the children, they absolutely loved it. Second year in a row that they have come to our school and it was a huge success. Thank you to Tom and Victoria - you were amazing

What an amazing show and amazing staff!

We took my 5 year old daughter who has high functioning autism ( diagnosed) whom has an infatuation with dinosaurs! She’s basically a walking encyclopaedia when it comes to her facts and knowledge it’s the only topic of conversation she will engage in with you about, so this show really stood out to me as being perfect for us as a family.
She can pronounce dinosaurs that I struggle with😂

From start to finish nothing was too much for the lovely staff to happily accommodated

Before the show and before we took our seats in the theatre the lovely Sam & vicky two of the lovely teaches both came out to greet my daughter and prepare her for what she was about to experience. ( I had messaged the Teacj Rex company in advance and asked if this was possible)

They both spoke to Imogen on her level and really engaged with her at all times.

Imogen was lucky enough to get asked to go up on stage to play one of 4 interactive audience participant game. Imogen played “sniff the chicken out”game, This was not just fun but it also demonstrated to the audience how a T-Rex would have hunted for food. She was so excited to be picked and has not stoped talking about it this was definitely the highlight of her year so far.

The show is extremely educational, full of facts and also a lot of comedy too. We all had fun playing musical dinos where the whole audience had to dance to the music and then freeze in a Dino pose it was so funny. The audience was then split In to two sides of the auditorium and we had a roaring competition (I’d advise to take ear defended for little once’s who are noise sensitive for this part of the show. my daughter had hers on and absolutely loved being able to participating giving her loudest ROAR rather than her stimming and getting deregulated. Anlsp the room goes pitch black as the bring the dinos hot so they don’t get scared and stampede the audience!
There was also a great opportunity to have photos at the end of the show with the dinosaurs which was a lovely touch as every child and family got to meet them up close and it made the experience feel so very caring and everyone was able to experience the dinos up close.

Levels, all the staff were so kind to my daughter making sure she got to meet all the baby dinos at the beginning just before the show started they walked around the audience so all the children could stroke them.

I cannot believe what great value this show is either we paid £10 a ticket and it’s £36 for a family of four to go, so less that a cinema trip out and you get to meet and interact with “real “ dinosaurs!!!

There was also a little merchandise shop which again was priced for family’s to afford 2 items for £6 and 4 items for £10 which I think is unbelievable value.

As a parent I truly felt this show was to promote education in a fun way, the staff are all primary teaches and you could see the line they all had to game learning fun,I definitely felt that this was not about making loads of money it was about connecting with little mind full of abilities to learn.

The tickets were a very good price and the shop too making it affordable even for this familys who are on a very tight budget.

We are now following Teach Rex on fb instagram and trust pilot so we can go to more shows in the future.

Such a Truly engaging fun, friendly and very interactive show and you could tell that all the staff absolutely love teaching about dinosaurs to
Little enthusiasts.

We as a family would highly recommend that If you get the chance to take your Dino loving people I’d say best ages - 3years - to end of primary school age are perfect ages and who the show is aimed at. it’s so much fun with the added education!

brilliant and educational !!! It was educational and fun and set the children up for their history unit.

Amazing show! Super fun and enaging for children, and we learnt lots. 3 year old was pretty scares but also fascinated. Brilliant venue in Mcr too with great park nearby.

The show was incredibly amazing, fantastic. James was very funny and the dinosaurs are very great. Even my sister enjoyed it. It made us laugh a lot (Max - 6 years old)

Watched the show the Natural History museum. Would thoroughly recommend, highly entertaining for the whole family and the kids (6 + 4) were enthralled for a whole hour which is rare!

Teachrex have been visiting our school for several years now and every visit has been a wonderful experience for all of our children involved. The immersive activities are well-planned and the staff are amazing at making the day fully inclusive for every child involved. Thanks again and we'll see you soon.

We welcomed Teach Rex back to our school for the fourth consecutive year for our Dragons topic. We are a mainstream school with a high level of SEND pupils particularly those with Autism. Sam and Tom were great at including all pupils, being aware of children who might need extra encouragement and support.
The children always get so much out of this visit as it inspires some great writing and fabulous artwork. It is also a great introduction to green screen. We will be booking Teach Rex again.

As previously, this is a great performance for children and adults. Fun and informative.

We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming Teach Rex into school and what an experience it was! From the moment they arrived, Victoria and Tom created a real sense of awe and wonder that completely captivated the children. Their passion, energy and skill in working with the children were wonderful to see, and they quickly built a warm rapport with every class.

The children were completely immersed from start to finish, with eyes wide and smiles beaming as they watched the dinosaurs come to life right in front of them. It wasn’t just about entertainment – every activity was thoughtfully planned to spark curiosity, support learning and inspire questions. Victoria and Tom were patient, enthusiastic and incredibly professional, adapting perfectly to the needs of the children throughout the day.

Teach Rex created memories that our children will talk about for a long time. It was a truly magical experience that combined learning with real wow-factor. We can’t recommend them highly enough and would welcome them back without hesitation.

Joe and Ollie visited our Early Years classes yesterday and we had the most amazing day! From the very second the writing appeared in the magic book, the children were hooked! I can honestly say it was one of the best days we have ever had. It was magical and exciting and the children were able to test their resilience by meeting and engaging with the big dragon. We are looking forward to booking another workshop for next year.

A great show that kept all children excited about their learning. A dino puppet was used very well and highlighted many aspects of TRex life. The green screen was a fun way to introduce ICT element into children's learning.

Victoria and Tom brought SAM the T-Rex to our school for a Science day visit yesterday to our 2 form primary school. The children had a wonderful educational experience throughout the day from the assemblies to green screen workshop. A very professional and well-thought day delivered by two engaging experts. Highly recommend.

We booked the workshop as part of our dinosaur topic in Year One. The children absolutely loved every minute of it. They were thoroughly engaged throughout and when they got too excited, Victoria was brilliant at calming them back down ready to re-engage. There was so much involved in our morning and the children could not stop talking about it for the rest of the day. Thank you for all of your hard work, we will definitely be booking again.

Great, fun and informative afternoon. The cast engaged with the audience prior to the show starting, opportunities for the children and adults to be close to the dino puppets. The show was humurous engaging and very interactive.

The show was fantastic! It was engaging and informative for all of us. Joe was a great host,capturing the Children's attention whilst throwing in the odd comment for the adults too!

Would thoroughly recommend and would not hesitate to book to see another of their shows.

Saw a show at the daneside theatre, it was brilliant, lots of facts, visually brilliant dinosaurs, we arrived early so our daughter got to meet the little dinosaur puppets. Presenter had loads of energy and a really casual way about him which worked well- the right mix of jokes for kids and adults. Lots of opportunities for audience participation.

We would definitely see them again!
