This company is doing really well with communicating. Every question I have had they answer in a timely manner and it makes things very easy for me when it comes to navigating. Without their consistent assistance I maybe would have given up.

Easy booking process and amazing coaches! Super affordable option for a subscription

As a coach using this platform, there was a rental practice facility scheduled at another place by text message but was not aligned matching with the practice facility said in the app, by customer service human error. This is the first time it happened and I almost had to eat up the practice facility fees, but after standing my ground 3 times I got the assistance / resolution for both sides to be happy. Make sure to triple check your coaching locations. Growing pains of a start up but we’re all improving along the way!

TeachMe.To helped me from start to finish throughout the whole process of setting up lessons to following up on how they went. I was able to easily communicate with both my instructor and the support team through the app.

Great coaching platform.

Teachmeto has been great with helping me get clients for pickleball. Very simple to use and the support is great. They listen to the customers and coaches and are constantly improving.

The company takes the hassle out of the administrative part of coaching. Hanna’s the best!

It's been amazing so far

Do not sign up with teach me. The prices they show is only if you use their every week plan. If you want less frequent plan or 10 lessons pack, the price is much higher.

The reviews on the coaches are AI assisted based on few questions they ask you. They are not honest reviews written by users.

While they claim you can cancel any time, beware that their app is misleading. I had paused my subscription yet a month later, I got billed for more lessons I did not want. They claim they never got my request to pause and they refuse to refund unused lessons. It is also nearly impossible to get a human being on the phone from this business. Their text system (Hannah) is fast and responsive, but probably AI powered and do not have the power to make decisions.

While the coach is fine, its not worth the trouble dealing with a shady business.

Update: Nov 30
A representative from the company called me back on Sunday afternoon on a recorded line saying that they did find that I had paused my service but insisted that I only did it for one month. Still refused to refund me. I requested for someone higher in the company to contact me.

Update: Dec 4
The company sent me an email with copies of invoice and refund receipt and refunded me. They still claim I had only paused for 1 month. They had the audacity to text me and ask me to remove my negative review if I was "satisfied with the resolution". The company could have avoided all this if they had put customer service first and refund me like an honest company should the first time I contacted them.

Hanna was very kind and helpful. She reached out and helped me to confirm my lessons with my coach, and then booked the court for us.

Fast, effective responses and constant effort to improve the functions of the platform that the coaches need the most.

Awful business practice. I purchased a few pickleball lessons, was told it would not keep charging my card when I put it in their system. They charged over 2k to my card for 4 lessons of pickleball (my fault I didn't realize the charges were on the card) but refuse to give me a refund.

This companies app is absolutely horrible and they make it extremely difficult to cancel. I thought that my account was cancelled when it actually wasn’t. They charged my account and when I reached out immediately saying that didn’t want the subscription or the lessons and wanted my money refunded they refused to refund me. Horrible customer support. Do not trust this company, do not sign up for this.
