Outstanding Moving Service and Great Value
I recently used their services to move all my belongings, including furniture, to my new place, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had accumulated quite a lot over the years, so it was a big job, but the team handled everything efficiently and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process.
Before the move, I faced some issues with delays on my new contract and other complications, which caused me a lot of stress. However, they were incredibly supportive and gave me real peace of mind. From that point on, everything ran smoothly.
I also needed to dispose of more items than I had originally planned. They were very accommodating, and the additional fee was surprisingly reasonable.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with their professionalism, the quality of their service, and the great value for money. I highly recommend them!

Octavian and his team
Octavian and his team arrival early on day of removal , working efficiently with professionalism they expertly packed up a large property and we’re completed by midday. They were all friendly and respectful of our properties at all times. A delayed completion time meant they were unpacking at new address late in the day but they remained helpful , friendly and gave same energy as they did when they arrived in the morning. I would highly recommend this company. The experience from booking , to move day was good throughout.

It's a moving company
Guys arrived on time, which was appreciated, however, it seemed like the work offered was a bit 'lopsided' with one mover underperforming.
My TV was routinely stood vertical numerous times, which I did not appreciate.
Several times I was told that I could ride in the van with the movers (Via booking team and by the movers themselves) then, when it came time to depart, I was told, "We don't have insurance to cover transporting you," and I was left to consider my own devices.
Note: When our alloted time ended, work STOPPED, albeit we had all furniture off-loaded. Upon payment, Leonard strong-armed me into a five-star review on the spot, stood over my shoulder while I typed it out, thus I have amended my review to best reflect my actual opinions.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the team arrived on time and that all furniture was safely delivered, but we’re sorry to hear that parts of the experience did not meet your expectations.
We take comments like this seriously. Our team should always maintain the same level of effort throughout the move, and we will review this internally. Regarding the transport in the van, for insurance and safety reasons, we are unfortunately unable to carry customers, and we apologise if there was any confusion about this beforehand.
We’re also sorry to hear about your concerns with the TV handling and the way the review was requested. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we will address this with the team.
If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact us directly so we can look into the matter in more detail.
Kind regards,
TDS Removals
