I needed to source a Rolex for my collection, spoke to Tom and he couldn’t have been more helpful, he provided excellent customer service and couldn’t recommend him enough!

Had my 21st coming up and Tom provided such a great experience for buying my first Rolex
Had a big birthday (21st) coming up and knew I wanted a Rolex, spoke to Tom and he was incredibly helpful and professional in walking me through the different models within my price range. I told him what my preferences were in terms of materials and colour schemes and he immediately showed me models exactly to the specification I provided him which really assisted in a smooth and seem less transaction. Not only is Tom incredibly attentive to the details you provide but he is always communicating with you, he replies incredibly quickly and always lets you know how the process is coming along. Couldn’t recommend a greater company and individual and when I do decide to upgrade I definitely will be conducting business with him again. Thank you Tom and TB Timepieces for such a first class experience!
