I had a wonderful experience travelling for Umrah with Tayyaba Tours for myself and my family. The entire trip was well organised, and Ali provided excellent support, care, and guidance throughout our journey. We truly appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend Tayyaba Tours to anyone planning their Umrah.

We booked our umrah through tayyaba tours for my family through their agent Uzair.

We have just returned both the hotels were Alhumdulilah but we faced several problems.

Before writing this review I have tried to contact them there has been no response.

When we arrived in Jeddah the driver was late. He politely declined to collect us until we gave him our passport numbers and visa numbers this is confidential information. I was reluctant to do so.

I then contacted tayyabah tours directly they informed me it was information they should have given the transport company but had failed too. I explained this was sensitive information and I was not happy giving them these details and I had not been informed by them this was a requisite.

I also asked the airport staff too if it was normal to give my sensitive information to a driver they also advised not too.

Tayybah tours resolved this by providing the relevant information and we continued to Mecca.

We then checked in to be informed our stay at anjum hotel was for 2 days only we had booked and paid for 6 days in Mecca . I contacted them again they reassured me they would send me a HCN number and not to worry. The hotel need a HCN number to book you in.

They did not send a HCN and we were locked out of our room we had just complete our first umrah and were stood in a queue to resolve the incompetency of tayyabh tours. I contacted them again and was given a HCN number and we were able to access our room. Whist human error occurs this is just unacceptable.

The day before we were to return home I contacted the transport team as there was no communication from their end to be informed I would be picked up at 2 pm prior to this Uzair their agent had informed us it would be 1 pm. The transport team stated 2 pm would be fine it takes 4.5 to get to Jeddah airport. The driver then texts me and states he will collect us at 3:30 pm. I am not happy with this as our flight is an international one we need to be there 3 hours before. He reassures me and so does Yasmeen the transport organiser that we will arrive on time as this is a daily job for them. I am now given a time for 2:30 pm.

The driver did not reach my hotel till 3:20. I made several attempts to contact the driver tayyabh tours and the transport co who do not appear to take this situation seriously.

I contacted both the transport team and tayybah tours informing them of what was happening and that there service was despicable.

The driver finally arrives there’s no apology no converse and we set off.
He drove over the speed limit.
He was dodging the traffic.
He was on his mobile phone whilst driving erratically I had to ask him politely not to use his phone whilst driving.

We arrived at the airport at 19:30 our flight was for 21:40.

We should have left at 2 pm so we would have arrived at 6 pm this would have allowed us to make a stop at the petrol station. Giving us 3 hours to check in.

We made it but the journey was so dangerous and the stressful.

I paid for this umrah and was treated so badly I don’t want an apology I don’t want a refund.

The purpose of the review is so no one else has to experience this again.

This company should remember SWT sees and hears everything.

My first point of contact was uzair bhai at Tayyaba.
Booked my tour with 4 of my famliy members beginning of December it was there first time so I was a little nervous too be quite honest.

Uzair bhai was on song from the minute we landed at jeddah, the team on the ground in Makkah Medina was absolutely fantastic and efficient and very approachable. It was peak time but they was very efficient everytime i Would recommend Tayyaba and Uzair bhai to anyone wanting to book a tour.

Absolutely unprofessional how they have dealt ans been messaging my husband i am disgusted he asked for discount on the package and the guy mr atta started getting really unprofessional and cusring on the name of Allah I have just read the chat and am disgusted do not book with them at all totally unprofessional thank god we didnt book

Assalam O Alaikum,everyone! I have booked a package with Tayyaba Tours through Sharjeel. They are more than 100% trustworthy, and their services are exceptional. Their team is amazing! They even have ground team in Makkah and Madina. I had booked a package with 4 star and 3 star but they provided me 5 star hotel in Makkah and 4 star hotel in Madina . They have delivered more than what was promised. Then sharjeel sort out zayrat in Madina for me as well which is complementary really appreciate that. I highly recommend Tayyaba tours to all of you, and even to my family and friends. Inshaallah you will have a wonderful experience with Tayyaba Tours.

This is the second year that I have booked an Umrah trip through Haider. This year, I specified the flight times and hotels in Makkah (Makkah hotel) and Madinah (Dar Al Iman Intercontinental) as I was travelling with elders. I didn't mind paying a little extra.
We had such a stress free and amazing trip, the hotels were amazing and the transfer service was also amazing.

I would definitely book with Haider again, I know him as a honest and humble person and the prices he quotes are always cheaper than what I get quoted when I look online myself.

The company is very professional and offers great umrah packages. I am pleased with the very friendly service.

Superb help. They know the words Umrah literally and the support for parents and others. I would like to thank them as they got the transport sorted for me and was in constant communication with me throughout my trip. I got my Mum and Dad to Umrah from these guys and Ali is a great guy.

I appreciate all their hard work and the detail they go in to make your trip so worth it. I had no problems at all and hotels are just very good especially Voco Makkah. They also even went out of their way to get visas approved for you when I had complications with it. Of course, you pay a fee but still they go above and beyond to ensure your safety is protected at all times and your trip goes well.
