Taylor Chartered Surveyors Recensioni

Friendly, efficient service. The surveyor that visited our property explained the process thoroughly and delivered our report on the promised schedule.

Excellent service, quick and hassle free valuation for my HTB repayment loan. Surveyor was very friendly and provided the paperwork within 24 hours. My own poor personal admin meant that I needed an updated letter which was sent quickly and without any additional charge. Highly recommended.

Very professional service at a reasonable price, Would highly recommend.

Great professional service at a very competitive price. Elliot arrived on time and was very respectful of our home - offering to remove his shoes. We received our report within 24 hrs. I would absolutely recommend.

Sasha was great in providing information and booking in our H2B valuation!

Sasha was great and I was able to get my survey in quickly. Would recommend.

Communication was excellent and a great company to deal with. Will be using again 100%.

Taylor Surveyors were excellent, very prompt with arranging a quick appointment and very good communication throughout the entire process.

Team were excellent from start to finish. Very professional and collaborative. Would highly recommend. Also willing to extend valuation if the sale was delayed

I contact regarding of the Valuation Report for Help to Buy Purposes.
For the first email to phone call and appointment… everything went very quickly, professional and helpful. Everyone on the team was completely respectful and helpful.
10/10

Incredibly helpful and polite staff, made everything very simple and were more than happy to help when my valuation needed an extension. Price was more than reasonable for the level of service.

Highly recommended, definitely my go to for the future!

Quick to respond, good price and fast report turnaround. Recommended!

Surveyor did not turn up to the appointment did not carry out a survey (physical). Apparently valued the property based on other surveys carried out on the building, not my apartment and did not take into account the ongoing section 20, structural damages and estimated required work and disputes with the freeholder. Issued a valuation for help to buy anyway.
I contacted Taylor chartered surveyors on several occasion only to receive nonsense excuses of a re-schedule and a survey to actually be done. Loads of excuses and now no reply at all. Awful service. Have given them plenty of time and have been very patient. Now I have drawn a line. Avoid. Abysmal service and correspondence. Awful service.... can't event call it that. They didn't actually do anything.

We used Taylor Chartered Surveyors for our Help to Buy valuation and were thoroughly impressed. The team was professional, prompt, and very reasonably priced. The entire process was seamless, and we would definitely recommend their services.

Quick to get an inspection date and fast turnaround with the valuation

Affordable, quick and easy process to get a valuation.

The communication by Sasha was excellent from the moment I received a reply to my enquiry. Elliot was kind and explained the process. He was efficient and we had the report promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for a Help to Buy valuation. Thank you!

From the start of my enquiry until the end of the process with Taylor Chartered Surveyors, it was absolutely seamless. Great communication, fast service, and very quick at receiving my report. I have already recommended them to my neighbours who are about to go through the same process

recently used Taylor Surveyors for a Help to Buy valuation on my flat and couldn't be happier with the service. From the initial outreach right through to completion, the process was excellent and incredibly swift. I dealt with Sasha, who was professional, helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way. If you need a reliable surveyor who gets the job done quickly, I highly recommend them
