Found it in google search engine. From the moment I contacted Sasha every aspect of our help to buy valuation went swiftly. They contacted, arranged an appt. to visit and valuation done. Report released on payment. the fees are competitive. I will recommend Taylor chartered surveyors with no hesitation.

I highly recommend Taylor Chartered Surveyors for anyone looking for a surveyor, especially for a Help to Buy survey.

Their prices are very reasonable, and they were extremely accommodating and flexible throughout the process. The team was professional, efficient, and completed the work quickly without compromising on quality.

Very pleased with Taylor Chartered Surveyors. Very professional and they understand their customers. Definitely recommend if you are evaluating for clearing your H2B equity. Very reasonable on evaluations and extremely fast in processing the reports. Above very reasonable prices.

They were very helpful on the phone and arranged for a surveyor to visit the flat within a week. The surveyor arrived on time and carried out the site visit with minimal disruption. Very efficient and professional service — I would happily use them again.

Great Communication, friendly service, professional. The man that came to complete the survey was professional and helpful. Report was delivered quickly and no issues with the solicitor receiving and using it. Easy to book, simple process. thanks.

Used for a Help to Buy repayment survey and honestly I couldn’t be more impressed. Great price, quick turn around and brilliant customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Really nice service, quick report on on time service

They are very efficient and quick.
I call them for the valuation- they act very fast.
Send me a quotation straightway. The price is very reasonable. The valuer came within a couple of days . And next day got the outcome.

Brilliant service. I contacted a few different companies regarding a HTB survey that i needed on my property i was selling. Taylor Chartered Surveys were the cheapest and most productive with completing this survery as well as comunicating everything back to me. Once the survey was completed all the information was sent over the following day. Thank you. Highly reccomended to anyone with HTB properties. (UK)

They cancelled an inspection 15 minutes before they were due to arrive, due to an emergency.

Whilst this was frustrating, I know these things can happen.

Disappointingly, I was offered another date 9 days later. When I asked that this be brought forward, given the urgency (this is delaying the sale of my property) and they were the ones that had cancelled on me, it was point-blank refused and offered no alternative other than the delayed date.

I have found another firm and will avoid Taylor Surveyors in future.

Great communication when first enquiring to book a valuation. Quick visit to the property and then received the valuation the next day.
Prompt service and would recommend

Great communication, lovely gentleman who attended, & fantastic price!
