Very professional staff. Quick and easy communication.

They were great. Thank you so much I needed a survey to pay off my help to buy equity loan.

What a wonderful experience, to be

I contacted Taylor Chartered Surveyors to obtain a valuation to repay Help to Buy. They were professional and courteous, offered me an appointment that suited me and explained the process. At the appointment, they arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. The report was completed and sent to me in the time frame expected. Cost was reasonable and competitive I can recommend this company.

Great service and very friendly and helpful team! Would highly recommend

They provide excellent and efficient service. I emailed to them to make an appointment: they were responsive and they managed to find a convenient time slot for me to attend the property for evaluation. They sent the report in a couple of days after Elliot had attended the property. All went smoothly keeping me much satisfied with their service.

Great service, and very responsive through email. Surveyor was pleasant and professional.

Very quick and thorough process. We were not local to Taylor Surveyors, but they made it very easy to arrange an appointment which they followed through with due diligence. Highly recommend, very affordable and competitive pricing.

Fantastic!
Used Taylor Surveyors for a Help to Buy valuation.
Everything was straightforward, called the office and got booked in week after.
Elliot then visited the property and two days later we got the report!
Would highly recommend them.
Thank you, Taylor Surveyors!

A very professional and efficient company. Great communication from the initial call in the office, to the surveyor who attended my property. They were quick to respond and write up the report. By far the most reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Very good communication and response time which is important during house sale.

I used Taylor Chartered Surveyors to carry out a valuation of my shared ownership property. They were very helpful and quick to arrange the valuation and the report was ready within a few days. Their price was much more reasonable than other companies I was looking at and they were very clear with their costs and terms. They were easy to contact and very responsive to emails. Overall excellent service and would recommend and use again.

I rang around a few companies as we needed a RICS survey carried out as soon as possible for the sale of our house.
This company was by far the best priced.
They were Super quick to respond, very friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend this company.

We used them for a valuation we needed for selling our Help to Buy property. They were really easy to arrange an appointment, friendly to deal with, and we got the valuation through quicker than expected. Would recommend.

Used Taylor Chartered Surveyors when we needed a RICS valuation from HTB. I was worried that with their price being so much cheaper than others online there might be something wrong but that absolutely wasn't the case. They were the quickest and cheapest and I did speak to a number of other companies. Service was very professional too. Special shout out to Elliot who did the valuation, was very prompt and for this quick turnaround - he attended Friday morning and we had the valuation back Monday morning before 9am. Also Sasha who was great in setting everything up. Their advice with HTB was also second to none and we've already received our redemption statement.

Excellent! Would highly recommend, especially if you're getting a valuation to pay off your Help2Buy loan.

Great experience with Taylor Surveyors.
Sasha Granby was a pleasure to deal with over email—quick, efficient, and found me a slot in no time. On the day of the visit, Elliot Taylor was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, providing great insight into the local market. He had the valuation letter drafted up incredibly fast, which I received the next morning. The whole process was seamless, and both Sasha and Elliot were extremely helpful. My brother recommended them to me, and I’m so glad I went with Taylor Surveyors. Highly recommend!

I used Taylor Chartered Surveyors to carry out my Help to Buy valuation and I could not recommended them enough! The service was booked in quickly and I received the valuation the next day.

The team were fast and efficient and helpful. I needed to get a couple of changes to my valuation, and they were able to accommodate these very quickly at no added cost. I used their services over the course of about 9 months, and all interactions went smoothly.

We recently used Taylor Chartered Surveyors to obtain a valuation report for repaying our Help to Buy loan, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. From start to finish, they were incredibly efficient, easy to work with, and very friendly.

The entire process was seamless – the survey was carried out promptly, and we received the report the very next day! Their communication was excellent throughout, and they offered the best price compared to other firms we considered.

If you’re looking for a professional and hassle-free valuation service, we highly recommend Taylor Chartered Surveyors.
